This fight is for sure one of my favorites. Because you can get more of an understanding on why Bakugo felt that way, and honestly I like how it shows more of the characters overall improvements.

Imagine how pissed Bakugo would be if he learned that deku is only at 8% power and he nearly beat him. That isway more impressive even if this wasn’t real fight.

But 8% is all deku can handle. Remember that if Deku went above and missed (and he missed several times this fight), he’d be done. That’s the reason he rarely breaks his limit. Aizawa told him it’s useless if you can only throw a single punch before breaking down. Also bakugo knew. Remember, he saw Deku destroy a building with an air punch, throw a ball as far as him with just a finger, etc.

@@FireFx12 that's not connected to what he saying, there no state and known in anime that only 8% deku can handle, and this fight and his fight in some villains are way different, deku is holding back in this fight, even if true that only 8% deku can handle he still holding back that's the point here

Deku always had a slow processor. He's smart, and can come up with strategies, but he takes time, he makes a strategy and follows it. Bakugo on the other hand has a fast processor, being able to make strategies on the fly and quickly adapt. You saw it on the last punch, Deku had him dead to rights, but Bakugo reacted, adapted, and turned the tables faster than Deku thought possible.

2:13 they not understand what all might mean,the level 1 is not bakugo but midoriya, just like in game the more big your level more slow your progress to level up, that's what all might mean.

???? When has he ever taken it easy with his friends, and he's literally only like fought Todoroki besides Bakugo out of his friends and he didn't take it easy with either Bakugo and for sure not with Todoroki (he mutilated himself continously just to fight against Todoroki).

Every time I see this dekuvs bakugou, the English sub triggers me because it isn't accurate... Like when midoriya said " it's normal but I've got stronger", he was talking about bakugou and not himself. The correct sub would have been "he's gotten stronger"

@@itsh7311 I don't hate subs, I often watch anime with subs but I don't like when it's totally inaccurate like this. In this case, it completely misses the point of midoriya, some of you might have find it weird that midoriya was complimenting himself, because it's not in his personality to do so.

And to keep on with my point, when bakugo said "he passed me", the more accurate sub may be "because you passed me!?" in response to midoriya's "I kept chasing after you" which is in the past tense, which may imply that he isn't chasing after him anymore.

The fact that deku at 8% his Max limit at the time couldn't beat bakugo when he himself is holding back says alot ofa is a bit over rated

That doesn't make sense to me though. Deku was holding back FAR more than Bakugo. If Deku was only using 8%, that means that he was holding back 93% of his power. That's like fighting in a boxing match with one arm and no legs. Bakugo knew Deku could have won, that's why he's asked Deku why did he lose? OFA isnt overrated, it's so strong that it can explode it's user.

Are you seriously forgetting why Deku can’t use 100% from the start in the first place? His body literally can’t handle 100%, only reason he was able to use Full Cowl 100% against Overhaul was because Eri’s quirk healed his body at a faster rate than it could destroy him.

"easily beat" villains when???? Also you act like he can use his full powers in a fight, he's not trying to kill anyone and plus if he misses or it doesn't instantly KO he's immediately left fucked with broken limbs, so he only ever uses 100% when it's literally use 100% OFA or death
