Watching this in January 2022 and this is SO validating!! I've been thinking for a couple of years now that what people think is real isn't (objects, jobs/slaving away, money, etc) & what they think isn't real actually IS (connection, relationships, spirituality, intuition, soul etc). It's a relief to hear you say all this. Now to work out how to live in a topsy turvy world where most people believe so differently to me....Thank you Anita 💕

Watching on this rainy morning from Seattle, WA. Recently discovered your videos and love them! Thank you. (PS, yes American media is horrible and obsessed with negative shock-value trash and ignores all us "normal" nice sane people! Such a relief to go overseas and realize other countries are not at all concerned with us.)

I found what you said is always the voice wthin me which is comforting compared to the other voices which are fear-based according to you.inner voices already exist, but I used to be a person who never trusted it

Ugh.... the Guilt, so true!!! Haha I feel guilt over how many people stood up for me and now I'm nervous about how to pay it forward and launch my brand/connect with fans. Also, feel very judged because my bipolar disorder/schizophrenia caused extreme anger n I've said things that I regret. I am super appreciative that I am managing the the disease to please better these days, but it's very frustrating at times to not SEE progress. It seems like people r making money from my suffering, yet I am left having to figure it all out by myself AND juggle the media attention/pressure of on-lookers. Thanks so much for letting me vent in this safe corner of the internet. You have transformed my life, Dear Anita!!!! I love you guys!!!!

Love your videos, Anita! Regarding American news...most of the "news" that people watch here is an opinion of a story. If you look at CNN or Fox News, etc, you will see at the bottom of the screen (or it used to be anyway) where it says "entertainment news." The channel called Headline News or news programs on CBS, ABC and NBC tend to present traditional news/journalism - the reporting of a story without the commentator's opinion. It's very sad and chaotic now. My television has been off for years - I no longer have cable or satellite. I live outside the a city so I do not get reception. My inner self feels much more peaceful.

Thank you thank you thank you.... 🙏🏾 I had heard of Anita Moorjani from Wayne Dyer a few years ago but only found her videos a few days ago. I've watched a few of her videos, & every time i had this exact feeling: she exaplins many of the spiritual teachings I'd heard before in such a way that really makes it easy to understand in a simple way. Other teachers do too in other ways but hers is very unique in its simplicity. 🌼

Just what I wanted to hear today. Anita, you are a blessing in my life. Thank you for coming back to teach us all of these secrets of life. My takeaways from your talk were the following: - The outer world is a reflection of what's inside so change the inside - Daydreaming is good - Feel all your emotions and let them pass; they bring a message so use the message and let the emotion go - Activism is about solutions not about fear and anger - The best thing you can do to help others is make them feel whole - Teachers are the best students; the day you think you are the expert you stop learning - Receive and give graciously without feeling the obligation

I believe in what you speak....I think n feel all our physical issues are related to what's happening in our minds.....in our subconscious minds, form which we function on auto pilot...attracting our life situations and bodily dysfunctions. I would like to help people to heal themselves by working on their inner self. Please would you guide.

14:46 The Art! -Here we learn what the art of the teaching/learning dynamic is. (hint: it is an interconnection, a danse, an interplay, it is indeed a dynamic. It's a rising falling breath, it's a surging receeding river. It follows yin and yang.) -The instant snap back/danger of what happens when you come with the attitude that you are the one who is there to teach.

I’m a little lost, sometimes I feel like I do need help, I guess they say all the answers are within, I guess I just need to start believing that, or maybe it’s not necessarily that all the answers are within it’s that all the answers will show up when they need to if I just let go and let it happen?? Rather than demanding certain people do certain things? I don’t know I’m pondering

I also didn't like "book-keeping" when it comes to giving and receiving. It always contains a "must" an obligation. Having to be thankful for it is horrible. There is no fun and no good feeling.
