@@trinad08 Her stunt double was undoubtedly more muscular (hidden by the clothes) and strong enough to do the stunts convincingly. I always prefer it when the actresses are strong enough and skillful enough to do their own stunts (let's salute Michelle Yeoh), and I happen to appreciate female muscle (and I HATE a million edits which makes the movie way too choppy).

@@DogbiteW even if all actors could do a decent job at their own stunts, they wouldn’t really be allowed to do a whole lot of them in case they injure themselves and screw up production timelines. Outside of the few who definitely are capable of stunts, anyway.

Heheh...like the Queen biopic with Rami Malek...critics hated it...fans loved it. Doesn't happen often, but it does diverge like that sometimes. Edit: To back up my point, the critic score on Rotten Tomatoes right now is 33 percent. Fans is 81 percent. Bohemian Rhapsody is now 60/85 on RT (but I know that first number was lower at some point)

WOW!! I AM IMPRESSED. You can tell she trained her butt off as well as the other actors in this scene. Definitely one of the greatest fight choreography sequences of all time. With seeing this scene I AM HOPING FOR ATOMIC BLONDE 2.👏👏👏

I appreciate they took her size and mass into account and didn't make her into some 125 pound superwoman who can lift 200+ pound men with ease. She used speed, skill and leverage much more than strength and weight to defeat most of her assailants, solid fight scene.

Kinda, sorta, not really. This was the one shining moment that almost makes the movie watchable, unfortunately the narrative is so needlessly convoluted that it really makes the story rather uninteresting to watch unfold. That would be more palatable if there were more fights like this but for whatever reason this was the only major action beat really. Shame.

I thought the Free Bird fight in the church from Kingsman was the best Spy movie free-for-all until I saw this shit in theaters. Unbelievable scene but unfortunately it's probably the best scene in the whole film ... if only the rest of the movie could match the sublime perfection that is this whole sequence.

I understand Ana De Armas has been tapped to star in the "John Wick" spinoff "Ballerina". I have nothing against her, in fact her scenes were the most memorable in "No Time To Die". Now I don't know what kind of action scenes will be in "Ballerina" but I'm sure she will be great doing them. But I wonder if Sasha Luss was considered. Given the choreographed fight scene that took place here in this clip I'm sure she could have pulled it off with whatever wonderfully insane fight scenes in a "John Wick" type movie. She is just an absolute badass in this scene!!!

Really choreographed well! Excellent camera work! Nice and bloody kills... however, only thing that takes out of it a bit is the fact that the guards are so dumb that they won't pick up a gun from the floor or something. They keep going for melee attacks. Also, this could have used a better setup for how many guards were in that restaurant. Cuz that was a fuck ton.

Gotta love how there was atleast 20 bodyguards, yet they decided to attack one by one. Classic. Still tho, pretty cool stunts :)

I was thinking that this scene reminded me of “La Femme Nikita”, and, sure enough, it’s a Luc Besson film. I think that Luc Besson fans aren’t interested in another “La Femme Nikita”, so, the movie didn’t do so well at the box office. Also, it’s getting difficult to make fight scenes that are both intense and realistic. The last great fight scene I saw was in “Mission Impossible Fallout”. That fight scene was impressive because the bad guy almost defeated two good guys - who had to be saved by a THIRD good guy. One good guy taking on fifty bad guys is pretty unrealistic.

This was almost on par with the Church scene in Kingsmen almost😉👊🏿💪🏿👏🏿🙏🏿🤗 She is very good for a model, now actress and action star.

Alot of action directors these are obssessed with trying to do one take scenes. They either try to hide cuts which always stands out or they actually do it one take but the whole thing can seem very mechanical and non-spontaneous. There is a reason directors learned to film scenes more then once and pick the best take. What this scene does is an excellent job at transition, Every cut is in the middle of an action, Its not like she dispatches a dude, then there is a cut and another runs in. She is already sliding across a table or spinning a dude round in the middle of the cut. So the whole thing feels like its one take, alot more then those shots that try to fake one take. Also the chaos is very good, goobers dont look like they are just waiting for their turn even though they kinda are. The chaos does a great job of hiding it. Very seamless. Great scene

Master of Sinanju Master of Sinanju I wonder why top training academies like Gun Sight and Front Sight always emphasize THE FREAKIN SIGHTS. I know nothing about martial arts, but I know a lot about firearms. Go watch either of the Sicario movies and you will see how they took the time to learn from professionals.

This looks a LOT like scene from the 1993 film "Point of No Return".... which was itself based on the 1990 film "La Femme Nikita".

I saw Point Of No Return in the cinema in Australia, where it was called Assassin. Decent movie. Some years later I saw the original French movie, and which I found to be better.
