@@Julia-zz1gq I currently live in China so I got it in Taobao (anything we need to buy we find it here). Many things are made in China so the advantage of living here is that we pay for the actual cost of it. When it goes to Europe the prices raise so much (to the double or more). If you are in Europe and maybe also US the equivalent of Taobao would be Aliexpress. Just make sure about the customer opinions about the material. You can find very legit things in there, just need some time to find it. I've got two already and I'm very happy about the quality and looks

I feel like at the age of 15-18 I was really focusing on being trashy (without even realizing it. It seemed to be a trend to wear five layers of makeup and revealing clothing.) but now at 19 I have honestly gotten bored of it. As a college student, and soon to be woman with a bachelor’s degree next year, I feel that role no longer serves me. With that information I am so glad and excited to have found your channel! I believe that stepping into the role of an elegant woman of class will serve me greatly when applying for jobs and in life. Thank you!

Clary Olivia another KZfaqr that I love is Christie Ressel. She has a lot of videos that go into budget friendly fashion. The most important thing about clothes is the fit. Of course we all want something like silk, but it’s not always possible. You can still look elegant on a budget ☺️. Also, do not underestimate thrift stores. I have so many pieces that I get constant compliments on and honestly they were all +/- $10. That’s including jewelry. Finally, a lot more is said about they way your carry yourself rather than what you are wearing. Jennifer Scott from the Daily connoisseur is another KZfaqr that has helped me refine my actions and poise. Between Anna, Christie and Jennifer I have learned so much!!!

Same, I’m 20 and I will be graduating college next year. I have been trying to level up my wardrobe and home goods. I have so many cheap, faded, stained clothes from fast fashion brands that are around ten years old. I have also been a very sloppy person and lived like a pig. I just had no idea of what was attractive. I really thought I looked good and didn’t realize how poor my tastes were. I didn’t respect myself at all and I still have a long ways to go, but the changes I have made make me so much more confident and clear headed.

The "Use your bed only for sleeping" is actually a great tips. Few years back I had a conversation with a psychologist about lack of sleep I was having. She informed to use my bed for only sleeping. So psychologically your brain will associate your bed with sleeping. So no eating, watching TV/ KZfaq/ Netflix , or reading in bed for me.

I’m chinese. We somehow believe in Fengshui. In the bedroom, we never place bookshelves in front of the bed, we dont put our beds too close to the window (middle of the room is ideal). I know some of my friends say they leave a gap between the bed’s headboard and the wall behind it. So energy flows around the bed.

Thats very interesting. I loved to sleep next to the Window. Had the best sleeping exoeriences for 20 years. Since i moved in with my boyfriend in a house the bed is in the middel like everybody say "the perfect place" . And i can't sleep. Just when i'm really exhausted. But i never feel well rested. I could never find good sleep in hotelbeds when the bed is in the middel. It kinda feels like your food on a plate.

I love how Anna's channel evolved from being (almost completely) how-to-attract-a-wealthy-man-focused to personal development one. She uses femininity now in a sense that it's not about being/acting feminine or using femininity to attract someone affluent, but to connect us to ourselves more, to make us a whole person inside, before we step into outside world. I enjoy more and more in her videos. It just shows how much she values work on self and when she told in one of her recent videos everything that she had accomplished in 2019, I was amazed by her strong will and hard-working nature and it inspired me to work harder in 2020. She has become stronger, more educated and more confident in what she does, which is visible in a way her channel, her thoughts and visions are currently presented and therefore she is gaining more popularity day by day. I want to have (and I do) a high-value man by my side, however what I love is that she is showing us that personal development and working from the inside out is what's important in being first happy with yourself and in the end, in attracting someone of a value. I want to thank her for her time and energy, as well as providing us with actually useful tips that we can implement in our lives to feel more feminine, be more successful and live a happy, content and, perhaps even affluent, life.

More Feng shui bedroom tips (I am an expert in this arena): -SOLID headboard, good mattress, a raised bed with NO STORAGE UNDERNEATH -Have a solid wall behind the headboard (no windows), and do not place bed facing a door, TV or window -A nightstand on each side (balance). Keep both sides of the bed accessible (keeps energy balanced). -No sharp edges pointing at your bed (no slanted ceilings, harsh exposed beams, or sharp nightstands) -No fans directly above the bed -No sleeping under a window -Have furniture with legs, no rectangular box-shaped furniture (blocks the floor's energy flow) -Keep bathroom door closed -Keep plants or flowers around. Pink flowers, especially roses and carnations, are great to look at first thing in the AM. They promote beauty, happiness, and a lovely sex life. I make sure there is a bouquet of pink or white flowers by my bed so it is the first thing I see when I wake up. Heavenly!

I have a Feng Shui question for you. I get confused with this. When it comes to sleeping in a direction corner that is good for you; Do you have your body face forward toward that corner? Or do you lay your body in that corner? I have only two directions to use without facing any doors. One of them is very positive and the other is very negative. I don't want to lay my body wrong by accident. Thanks for your time!

Number one rule: never argue in the bedroom. Just find another place and mostly find another hour, not bedtime
@heidithomas5455
@heidithomas5455 4 жыл бұрын
If the argument isn't over after an hour, then analyze what is really going on. Maybe the real problem isn't what you're fighting about. The real issues rarely get addressed because they're harder to talk about. Open discussion about what is really bothering us could eliminate most fights.. No argument is worth going to bed mad. My husband an I argue probably once a month over stupid stuff, and for two reasons. One, we've been super stressed with our daughter and two for the make up sex to follow. We don't argue we discuss and it's not easy to hear his complaints about me but I try harder to change for him because I love and respect him and want to be a wife he can be proud of. He does the same for me. Working together and changing for your spouse is what a marriage is about.

I am someone who NEVER goes to bed without a shower, teeth flossed and brushed, skincare done, etc. I don't understand how so many people I know are out all day, even in sweaty clubs, then just get in bed. I don't want to bring everyone's germs in my bed. Absolute cleanliness in my partner is a non negotiable. It's actually what attracts me most to someone when I meet them.

I've been practicing Feng Shui for about 20 years and have had the most fantastic results. Most of it made so much sense to me, however I questioned the "why" of many principles I studied. Mostly I decided to trust the process of these VERY specific ancient rules. I couldn't have been more surprised or pleased with my results. One thing I found particularly interesting, and many of the Elegant Ladies reading this may as well, applied to our handbags! Regardless if your bag has small "feet" on the bottom, Ladies.... Never, NEVER, place your bag on the floor. Even in your own home or closet. Similarly, placing some interesting or beautiful stones/pebbles in the bottom of all basins and drains, and either incorporating some stone into the flooring of bath/restrooms, or if that isn't possible, simply placing some of the same stones or pebbles around the base of the commode/bidet. I absolutely loathe devices of any kind in the bedroom. Or while dining. It's absurd. Never, under any circumstance, place the headof your bed on a wall that has a toilet on the opposite side. It's gross and can even contribute to many health issues. Finally, perhaps my favorite thing I learned is how to combat anxiety, stress, and even depression by becoming a proper "tree hugger". That's right 😊 hug a tree. Get outside. To actual nature. Reconnect with the Earth's energy. It's powerful. Take your shoes off in a lovely garden or park,maybe even just a small patch of well loved lawn. Concentrate on the vibrations of fresh clean energy coming up out of the ground. Find a tree. A lush healthy tree with which you may feel unusually drawn to. Hug it. Literally put your arms around it. Think uplifting and positive thoughts about the tree. Admire its strength and beauty. You can even talk to the tree. Thank them for the air we breathe. Gratitude goes a long way. You may want to do this last bit in relative privacy lol, or else people see you talking to a tree, and think you've gone quite mad 😆 Don't even get me started on the 9/9 breathing technique 💜 it's miraculous!! I encourage everyone, Elegant Ladies especially, to brush up on Feng Shui concepts and principles. They really do make a difference.

Hey, don't be too hard on yourself. You're young and there are way better things out there that will impress your future husband. What in particular? You being you, loving yourself, and being confident. That's not to say you're failing if you're insecure, I still have a lot of growing to do myself in the self love department; but I can promise you, without a doubt, that focusing on your education or interests and truly owning who you are is always more attractive than being superficial or extremely high maintenance. You should want to be with someone that would still be attracted to you without all these fake trappings of success. There are other paths to happiness aside from wealth and elitism.

Honestly, this is such a great self-love advice video. Especially during tough times, where your mood is low and being lazy is the easier option. You fail to realize that being like this just sends you down a rabbit hole of depression. Yet following these routines really help shift you out of these moods by investing in yourself. I especially love how you invite women to express their femininity. I myself can be quite a tomboy and sometimes don't even know or forget how to deal with my feminity. Cleanliness in the bedroom is so important even if you are single. Shower before you get into bed and change your sheets and blankets often. Also, I love perfume and have gotten complimented about the way I smell on may occasions. I think that many people neglect wearing scents and it's a shame. For me, it's the finishing touch that you need with your outfit, makeup, shoes, jewelry, etc or you're not complete. I also love clean men who wear good cologne. Just remember to not use too much. Also, invest in good scents and nothing cheap or you will be doing yourself a disservice. Quality perfumes/colognes are worth the price.

Only using your bed for sleep is actually a really good advice, especially now when most of us work/study from home. Having a set workplace or study area in your home helps you focus, and using the bed only for sleeping makes the mind delineate which place is your work area and rest area. This isn't just about being elegant, it's also about preventing burn out because of working/studying from home. Also, you're inviting insects to your bed when you eat there 😅 It's quite unsanitary to do that, like not showering before bed.

If you keep photos of anyone besides that in your bedroom you are inviting their energy in and into your relationship meaning they will cause friction and come between you and your loved one. Family photos are definitely only meant for the living room. 2.) Keep your home as clutter free as possible cluttered house cluttered mind they believe.

It's actually a common tip for people who struggle to have a fitness routine and need to lose weight. If you have these problems it might be a good trick to be motivated in the morning, but obviously the goal should be to get a routine so that you can sleep in pyjamas and get dressed for sports as a normal person ;)

Actually, I trained myself to sleep on my back - no sleep wrinkles at all! It also helps with lymph drainage and improves blood circulation. I don't wake up with a puffy face anymore. I also use bed legs that elevate the head of the bed by 6", which improves my sleep. Weird, I know, but it works.

I love that you added Feng Shui to your list of important routines in your bedroom. When you were on the second item of cleanliness and freshening up, I thought how important Feng Shui is in the bedroom and how cleanliness is so key to self. It IS the place we get our rest and attract our partner. I’ve been practicing Feng Shui in the past 7 years and found that it has lead me out of an unhappy marriage and has attracted more love into my life. Thanks for sharing!

That's a shame. I love both beautiful silk sleeping garments and those with cartoon characters (and my twins like it, too). Sometimes I'm in the mood of being a perfect lady even when nobody sees me (most of the time, that's the case, as I mostly run my business from home, but with daily video meetings), and sometimes I want a comfort of my Spunch Bob pyjamas 🙂 Somehow I manage to balance both versions of myself.

I bought a silk style bedsheet set once and every morning, our pillows were on the floor, the fitted sheet with the comforter were on the floor, and the fitted sheet was always bunched up in the middle of our mattress! I thought, I am NEVER buying any material of silky feeling every again! It was just so slick, it was ridiculous.

I worked as Feng Shui consultant for about 5 years. Not pop Feng Shui like putting a mandarina duck in SW corner of your bedroom to bring you romantic love, a but a more complicated version of it. What I started to feel through the years is that the best thing you can do for your home is to imagine that you are that energy. Imagine that you are a flow entering your home. Do you like what you see, hear, touch, smell? Is it nice and comfortable? Do you want to flow inside or to turn around and leave? Do you like the furniture, the decorations, the light? Is it easy for you to perform all your activities in this space or it's so complicated that you just loose the desire to do anything? Can you easily find everything or have to search all the house for the book you are reading or your winter garments? Are there things that you don't use and don't like? Is the furniture placed in the right places or you continue to count all the corners with your hips or toes? Actually it's all about comfort and liking. You really should try doing this )) Don't think this time, feel! )) Good luck ))
