I've had them and found them super sweet! At HMART, it's usually on a table right before you get to the produce section. They don't place them in the snack section at all.

Of course i know this snack because AOS. Even on that series they always mention jang uk like this snack (on comments session they also mention jang uk love it), but i completely forgot when he eat this, i just remember he give one to crown prince. Noticeable scene for this snack and make me want to try it, is buyeon of s2. The way she put too much snack to her mouth and how she eat it in market really funny for me😂😂😂

Saw these at my VERY tiny Korean market for the first time today! There's always so much packaging in Korean that sometimes I just look at stuff like "Hmmm, I wonder what that is" and this was definitely one of them!

That's so cool because in my culture and in Islam, honey is also believed to have a great benefit for healing and just health and when I was younger my mom would give me half a spoon of honey every day (though I would always protest because straight-up honey tastes too much!)

So I live in New Zealand so this is funny you mention this as I'm autistic and I hyperfixate on foods and these cookies have been my hyperfixation for the last 3 - 4 months or so (I really, really love the texture) and I didn't realise they were trending until this video! I think I personally bought out my entire city's supply from kosco of these cookies 😅😅😅 they have run out everywhere!!

@@familyfirst567 It's not really "alcoholic." There's only like 3 tablespoons of alcohol added into 200g of flour. Children can eat it fine because it's such a small amount, and all of it is cooked off when fried. For religious purposes idk though, but looking at the igredients of the CU cookie she showed in the video, there's no alcohol.

Everytime I have to go to the Asian market, my daughter grabs a batch of these cookies. Shes been doing on these for mths now. Lol I think they are very tasty but if you dont have a dying sweet tooth, I think they can be super sweet! I never knew how to pronounce them so thank you for that!

I’ve known about them for many years, but never had the opportunity to try. The recent resurgence of yakgwa has led to some very interesting recipes online though! I’ve seen people making cookies and placing yakgwa on top, yakgwa milkshakes, yakgwa cheesecakes, and a whole bunch more I can’t think of right know. They’re so creative, I wanna try making them myself, but I don’t know if I’ll like it yet because I haven’t tried the original cookie myself yet 😅
