I heard that Mike Tindall still went got the blessing from his future mother in law and the queen and prince Philip before asking for zara's hand in marriage. And he also said that when he did ask them he was nervous that they might say no but they didn't and was relieved of that too.

Only 7 what's the big deal?? I hate that the royals' love lives are so dissected. We should value how they've grown & what they do with their lives to enhance other's lives. This has been reported on so often that it's become boring. Admire her & appreciate who she is & what she does.

Beautiful documentary. I believe Zara and her husband could be very efficient helping the royal family in charity missions. I like the way Zara and Mike treat the Wales and their children, especially beloved Prince George

Why was a 12 yr age gap too much for Anne and Richard Meade yet acceptable for Charles and Diana?

I'm not 100% here, so I may be very wrong, but IMO it's because back then, there was so much stupid emphasis on the future Queen to be a virgin upon marriage. Prince Charles was already older when pushed to marry, I don't know that many women virgins in their late 20s early 30s. Lessons were learned since then. It became very apparent that the old way doesn't work in the modern era. If, then, Prince Charles was allowed to marry Camila when they were dating and single, Princess Diana wouldnt have married him. But then, we wouldn't have Prince William, and the future of the monarchy cannot be in safer hands than those of him and the current Wales family.
