Hey yall!! Here is my experience using fenugreek oil over the course of a year.
Fenugreek Seeds: amzn.to/324aViX
Fenugreek Oil Recipe (please know that my recipe varied based on the weather and condition of my hair)
1/4 cup of fenugreek seeds
1/2 cup of sweet almond oil
2 tablespoons of jbco
2 tablespoons of avocado oil
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of jojoba oil
8 - 10 drops of tea tree oil

I’m coming up on 4 weeks with the fenugreek seed oil mix I did it with Henna powder, Avocado, Coconut, Castor, Camelia, tea tree, rosemary, and peppermint oil. I put it on my edges and I do scalp massages twice a day. I’ve done a hot oil treatment with it and even mixed it in some Deep Conditioners (I DC once a week) that need an extra umph to them. I love this oil! A definite keeper in my regimen.

Hey y’all! Skip to 8:38 for the before and after of my results. I can’t stress enough the importance of having a healthy regimen overall. I will continue using the oil. 💜💜

Honestly, this is effective, I soaked fenugreek seeds in almond and castor oil for roughly a month and just applied it for twice so far, it drastically stops my hair loss, I’m impressed!

Fenugreek will definitely grow your hair out and when you mix it with whatever ayvedric powders your hair loves it's like having a power house in a jar.

@@flexingingodspeace7774 I've never did fenugreek oil just by itself I'm always adding extra powders and oils to my mix. So honestly I can't say what it looks like by itself. I know when I make my fenugreek spritz it's a tan color.

I just got some fenugreek seeds while on vacation I made some mix with mullein leaf and cloves 😊😊😊it's taste pretty earthy but I liked it. I will be making cloves rosemary and fenugreek oil. Thanks for the video❤❤❤

@@sheyevevq26 That's good as well. That's the first stages of gaining thickness. Last time I did it I gained 2 inches in two weeks. I'm on a fenugreek and amla regimen for 90days. Currently mid back length and plan to be waist length by August 🙂🤞

thx for the Content. when you said a setback, do you mean when you stop using the Fenugreek you noticed a little thinning? I use Olive Oil and Fenugreek in my deep conditioner. The results as follows: amazing shine, thickness in my hair from root to tip. How often I use this is every other week. After 5 yrs of my hair journey, I realized I am protein sensitive. In your research of this seed, would you say that it is strengthener like a protein?

I will hit 30 days on 12/1, and Fenugreek is the business. My India bazaar had the kalonji seeds also. I did a real simple DIY mix and my hair is really growing and more healthier also. I look forward to wash day and I'm really impressed with my overall hair health. I hope you get great results also.

People fail to realize, all of that can cause hair loss, we are not train to mix all that oil. Yes your hair grows, but over time your hair will start to thin
