Good morning madam. I did this exercise with u day 3 now. Between 8.15 to 9.15am. Here time is 9.35am now. My husband is at home so to prepare breakfast i stopped. God bless you madam. I boiled 2 eggs. Pl when convenient, tell me if i should throw egg yoke, as it contains cholesterol. Neneppudu white mathrame thintanu. I didnt tell u this, i am a brahmin vegetarian by birth. But my husband is non vegetarian. So i learnt to eat egg and fish. Cheers madam. God bless you for inspiration. Ma chinna vadu vachinapudu indian shop lo dorikinavi sanagalu pesalu avi konukkuntanu alasandalu dorukuthayo ledo. I wl take ur advice seriously because i neglected before thinte lavaypothanemo nani asalu thine dannikadu. 5 to 6 mugs coffee tea. Only night i ate. I was very foolish. There is hope for me and all ur followers especially women. Indian time is 4 hours 20 minutes ahead of us so i cant join u live classes. My children meeku namaste cheppamannaru
