Жыл бұрынBuilding a Cuban stream biotope 🌱🐟🦎 hours of actual building, days of materials drying, and weeks of organizing and planning, a lot of work goes into building a showpiece enclosure like this! 100% worth it though! This paludarium will be a Cuban biotope with flora and fauna that are found on the island nation, both terrestrial and aquatic. Huge thank you to @zoomedlabs for their products that make building this enclosure a possibility. Not only functional and eye pleasing, but I think the herps will feel right at home.

Wow that's an amazing species and great job on the build! Just discovered your channel after many years in the hobby and in the process of changing my focus to smaller/ dwarf species in large terrariums/ vivs/ pals and even keeping many of the same species you have. Keep up the amazing job you're doing and looking forward to learning more and possibly doing some biz in the future!

next time if you dont want to do heavy rocks id suggest foam. carving it to make it look like the rocks you want. and using drylock+pignents might take you a few trys to get what you like. but they come out good.

instead of Drylok, you could use gorilla glue and excavator clay

got the pleasures to see one of these beauties in real life while herping in cuba near a waterfall. they were living in a group and one of them was a meter long! (tail included)
