I'm Taiwanese, and the noodle with an old man cover is like our national junk food!! Your supposed to crush it first before you open the bag, then open the bag and pour all the seasoning in side, shake it, then eat it. Tbh if you don't put any seasoning in, it pretty much tasteless.

you suppose to boil it first in water , after 5 minutes , remove the water and put all the seasoning in there , mix it up then eat it , but you could do that too

Its quite interesting to see you guys' reaction of my country food. Actually, some of them are not from Taiwan; but... whatever! For ba-Yish-guan, you can't bite it. You just put in your month and wait it melted. It really helps you feel better of your throat. Also, for the noodle... you have to crush the noodle into pieces and mix the season in the package. It tastes really good. Thank you for doing this video!
