Cool Green Lantern/Green Arrow#95. Cool Atom#35. Cool Secrets Of Haunted House#25. Very cool Supergirl#8, very cool that you completed the run, those bronze age Supergirls are very cool. Cool Bat Lash#7, very cool that you completed that run as well. Very cool Deadly Hands Of Kung FU those books are very cool, especially when they incorporate Bruce Lee in the title, fantastic two page spread of art & detail.

Howdy Shannon! Love your haul of mostly older Bronze Age and even Silver Age goodies! I collect Tomahawk the same way you do, the end of the run issues with cool Frank Thorne interior art. It makes sense too as Tomahawk is one of DC's oldest characters, and the early appearances are really scarce. I have all the Kubert Son of Tomahawk issues but still working on the Neal Adams cover issues. Congrats on completing your Supergirl and Bat Lash runs! Bat Lash is in my top 3 best western series of all time. Nick Cardy was really stretching his artistic legs on this one, being a little more experimental in page layouts. Very, very good stories too!

😨Brother Shannon , it's 2 AM PST and I just got home from work , tuned in to check out first half of this episode then catch 2nd half next morning. What hapoens? You put out the question " What Do You Collect?" as you show books I have a great fondness for! Okay , I have to stay up now to answer that question , 😄. Like you my brother it's a mixture ; artist , story , characters , short run 70s gems like Sword of Sorcery with Ffahrd and The Gray Mouser ... Loved the "Son of" Tomahawk run from the series and eventually would love to get me some of the earlier issues that Bruno Premiani drew. Premiani is one of my "At the top" favorite artists ; I can't say enough about how much I love his work especially on my #1 DC SA team The Doom Patrol. My #2 DC SA -early BA team is The Challs! Those issues with art by Jack Sparling , IMO one of the underrated artistic greats , are beloved by me. Bat Lash ( " Will He Save The West Or Ruin it?) another fondly remembered short run series! Plastic Man! Robby Reed (Sockamagee)! Ramona Fradon! Now that IS a collectors item! Loved those Marvel "Atlas Reprints" can never get enough 50s era Bill Everett ; just can't. When it comes to Atom' s SA series other than guest appearances by Al Pratt and the one with 😍 Zatanna 😍 my favorite stories were The Time Pool ones. Oh I was an Atom fan , a regular haul for me , but something about those Time Pool stories just really appealed to me. Okay , let's face it if I had had the $ when I was spinner racking I would have bought the whole rack of books! Adventure, humor , mystery , TV - Film adaptations , cartoon based , Classics Illustrated ..😫 I wanted them all ! Now I'm going to hear spinner racks in my sleep and images of all those coveted comic books are going to haunt my dreams! "What Do You Collect?" , because of this irresistible question directed at a looong time fan whilst enjoying your awesome haul I will now be experiencing insomnia, 😄.

Great books!

I remember at one point I collected different Cloak & Dagger appearances as they jumped from book to book. Some of the 1990 comics used to jump from series to series and I was trying to follow "Acts of Vengeance" story line. It was a challenged because so many books were involved. Chasing was hard and still is. Great show of books. that 100-page DC special Aquaman and Batman was great to see! Thank you for sharing Shannon!

What a great mix of books. Congrats on finishing Supergirl. I am working on that series as well. My collecting is a lot like yours, I love the short run series of the 70s, and on bigger series like B&B, JLA, or Superman, I collect runs of that title.

Hey brother! Greaaat!! So many gems I gotta say I collect like yourself. I'm a big short run guy and my favorite character appearances. I'm definitely a completest . Nice brave and bolds. That's a great Tomahawk. 2nd alarm has a bunch of chamber of chills also a bunch of Marvel horror titles I will let you know next time I swing in there.which will be probably today 😁 they might be in a condition of loved or very loved. Great stuff as always. Congrats on completing those runs. Always feels good finishing off a series. I'm definitely more of a run collector than just single issues or keys. I'm working on that Supergirl run also. Just missing issues 7 & 10.

Hya Shannon. Short runs, yes. I've been able to complete a lot of them. I consider a short run about 50 issues. Chamber of Chill being one of them. Really like that Atom #35, nice. WTG on the Deadly Hands. Excellent pick ups.

I'll have to pick that Plastic Man issue up if it's got Robby Reed in it. Some great stuff in there though, well maybe not the Marvel stuff but everything else is great 😉

My childhood copy of Supergirl #8 was also coverless. Maybe they used poor quality staples on that print run. Or maybe we were too rough on our comics when we were little.
