Ha! At the end I noticed that you were able to continue your monologue despite somebody walking by and looking at you. That's a skill that I'll have to work on whenever I get around to making youtubes. That reminds me of how that issue happened in the portaging-my-canoe-around-a-dam video that I made a year ago and continue to plan to eventually edit into a youtube. (It's taking me a long time to get around to figuring out the editing features for my stupid phone.) I was in the woods doing a monologue, and then some people suddenly walked down from the railroad, so my "audience intoxication" caused me to lose my train of thought in the monologue and start talking to them instead. Well, that brief conversation might make the video equally intriguing anyhow.

You probably have done this already, but check for loose spokes and inside rim tape, also mount the front tire onto the rear wheel and visa versa to see if it is a tire or wheel problem. If those tires came folded flat, I would be skeptical that they were wire beads. Seems to me wire beads come folded in eights, so there are no bends in the bead.

Try putting more PSI in them. The extra pressure will either keep them on or make them pop out easier. Either ways you will learn something.
