As the ORIGINAL PINK FLOYD are unable to continue as a full group anymore. 😖😢 I personally would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these as the closest to the original. If you love PINK FLOYD then go & watch & listen to these they are WELL TALENTED & WORTH a ticket.

The original studio version of the guitar solo was played on a Gibson Les Paul. During the concert footage of the Wall tour Dave Gilmour also played the solo on a Les Paul, yet all PF tributes I've ever seen a Fender Stratocaster is featured on the solo. Listen to the original studio album and it's clearly Les Paul with old P-90 single coils, Rant over.

Most of the performers are actually British, with the notable exception of Lorelei McBroom as a backing singer. She sang with Pink Floyd on their Pulse tour.
