I agree. I get the chunks and eat half a can a day for arthritis, inflammation and the 2x vitamin C.

Thanks for the video. I will definitely be buying the opposite of the one y’all picked. 😂 Nothing against y’all but I’m into more healthy and no sugar or other unnecessary ingredients. So y’all actually answered my question we just have different opinions. I rather eat something without the added sugars
