Be kind and weird that would be his cork accent and agree it's sexy as hell one of my fave actors if you're wondering how to pronounce his name the first syllable is said like the word kill so kill-ian it's said different to how it's spelled as the Irish language has no k so most names with c as a first letter are pronounced as a hard k sound to them I know this as I have a cousin Cian and you pronounce as you would the word ( keen ) like that Hope I helped !

Stella SK well to me his blue eyes are just a sign that he's Irish because a lot of people of Celtic heritage have some version of blue or possibly green / hazel . It can range from Light blue like cillian to a bluish gray or turquoise shade like my dad's or a dark almost sapphire like blue like mine are. You might get the odd incidence of brown but that tends to be on the more olive skinned people with dark hair that are descendants of the Spanish intermarrying with native celts that gives them that look think people like Aidan turner or Colin Farrell but it's not that common you more have the pale skin and or fair haired ie blonde / redhead or light brunette like me and cillian !
