Another Plug Gone Chasing Bluefish

Жыл бұрынI decide to hit up the north jersey surf in search of stripe bass or bluefish. I was able to find some blues but of course I got another metal taken on the first fish of the day. A little while after that I was able to hook up into another blue, I lost the fish right at the lip of the beach. You win some you lose some just another day out on the water for a surfcaster.

Hey SP I was watching your video how far you throw those lures out and catch those huge fish, so I am here in Michigan but we only have freshwater and I’m looking for lures I can throw away out there but the only problem is we don’t have fish big enough so what I’m thinking is what smaller Luer can. I use to throw out there as far as possible and possibly catch a bigger freshwater fish. But watching you guys fish off of the beach and jetty’s is awesome Keep up the great videos brother I’m watching.

You will have to play around with longer rod lengths and depending on what size line you are using will play a factor…i use a 7’-7’4” rods fresh water bank fishing and I’m able to cast a good ways….targeting bigger freshwater fish i like to throw 8-10in worms, 5-8in swim baits and of course throwing a jig or Texas rig worm or craw will always produce.
