Good content…I noticed you use a number of different rods in videos.Which one do you prefer on the surf for all around fishing?

I’ve used everything from a 8’ rod to a 10’ fishing out front on the beach chasing stripers. Personally i would get 9’6” or 10’ rod for your main go to rod…then get it 10’6” or 11’ rod for bigger surf or when needing casting distance… And if you were to ask me what brand of rods to pick I’ll will tell you fish an ODM lol…thank you for watching.

Haven't seen either in a long time. Thought maybe you were one of their sons. Two very knowledgeable and dedicated surf fishermen that ran the same stretches as you. Last I heard from BP, his son was graduating from West Point, and his daughter was going for her doctorate. Kormega, his sons were young, but it's been a long time. Tight lines SP.

Slow to moderate retrieve…you can retrieve it straight or give it a twitch every so often.
