Hey Tara here’s a dinner idea :) SUPER EASY! Mexican lasagna -ground beef sirloin 2lbs -tri color bell peppers sliced -red onion sliced - zucchini halved then sliced - 2 taco seasoning packs -2 cans red enchilada sauce - 1 bag shredded Mexican cheese -soft taco tortillas Brown ground beef and add taco seasoning. In separate pan sauté all veggies to desired tenderness salt and pepper. Turn oven on 400 and in a casserole dish layer bottom with tortillas then second layer add beef then veggies then enchilada sauce then cheese and repeat. Add to oven for about 15 minutes just to melt the cheese and heat up the sauce then serve with sour cream,taco sauce, guacamole.

This isn't a whole meal idea but I just introduced my super picky, non vegetable eating, toddler to edamame and it was a huge hit! A lot ended up in the floor but even more into his little belly. Now looking for more "interactive" foods to try lol. Other than that, I can't help much, we're in the same dinner rotation boat that you are.

I’m sure you want it done as soon as possible which I totally understand but yall have that nice pool so maybe waiting until it’s cold out to do the surgery would take less fun out of the summer? I took Dupicent shots. They have me ulcers on my eyes. Had to have emergency surgery. I understand everyone is different but I hate hearing Tatum takes them!! She’s to young to tell you about her vision.

I've heard about this side affect. We are going to keep a close eye on that. Thank you! The shots cleared up her eczema completely. Before them, her skin was so so bad so I'm just glad she has relief now and praying her eyes don't become affected
