I was actually in this room listening to this Q&A live with Leila Hormozi. What an amazing event in Las Vegas! Anyone with a business who is thinking about attending this workshop... just do it! It's 100% worth it. VAM is gold!!! The event paid for itself on day one. It's so practical and hands-on, you leave energized and ready to solve all your business's problems. Thank you to Leila and Alex Hormozi and the whole team!!!

Here is list of the 7 questions asked by guests and answered by Leila Hormozi during the session: 1. How can I manage feeling overwhelmed by my business's rapid growth? 2. What should I do about revenue stagnation and profit margin decline due to hiring and training issues? 3. How can I effectively manage my time and attention with multiple team communication channels? 4. What strategies can I implement to ensure consistent revenue from a course and subscriber growth? 5. Which software tools can help track data and visibility issues with ad performance? 6. How can I maintain brand consistency while considering price increases for recurring services? 7. What qualities define a great leader and how can I expand sales and leads effectively?

Loved this style of video. Found it helpful to listen to while multitasking on household chores not having to worry about what was onscreen that I might be missing. Loved that at one point you were doing your talk Barefoot and your shoes were on the stage in front of you. To me that just came across as comfortable and confident, that you're so a home with what you're doing and so relaxed with it that it made the info easier to absorb. It's like oh Leila's relaxed so I can relax, nothing an unprofessional way but more like you're a great in my home kinda vibe and you're the welcoming and gracious hostess 😊

I am also that leader who works extremely hard for my company but I have been resisting leadership in the first place because I didn't want to be bossy and hurty like my bosses. I don't want to treat people like this. So I worked hard and did not communicate properly which is why no one respected me. I have been a person who doesn't want to be above others but I have never wanted to be below anyone. I want to be on equal footing. eg with my siblings, I also struggled a lot with being the eldest child in the family. Having to lead my younger siblings and make them look up to me was difficult so none of them respected me. It took a lot of work from that side to change and it's been going well. In regards to work, believe me, Leila the three days I have been listening to you have helped me develop a lot in my role I can feel my team changing just a tiny bit but I can feel the change. I am hoping to be a better leader and one day when I have the balls to leave this company my colleagues will remember me for how much I have taught them and how great of a human being I have been.

Thank you so much for all that shared knowledge. Could you share more on the importance of proper vetting of employees for certain positions and how to know if a person will be able to adapt and grow in a role A vs role B at a company?

"You're not saving babies" ... that's exactly the realization that I had with my past business, a T-Shirt business (very original, I know). Everyone wanted their Tees like it was an emergency at a hospital. And I said that to myself "it's not an emergency room. It's just Tee-Shirts, it doesn't really matter". I just got tired of it.

Hey Leila, these videos are very good. I would suggest to ask every single person what is there company. I understand if you have already spoken with them but for the YT video it is better for us the audience to know the details so that the question is more relatable.

I did this same Q&A just yesterday at the workshop in Vegas. This event, from start to finish was one of the most effective, straight to the point, no bs, workshops I’ve ever done. And I’ve done a lot. My fear was that I was in over my head and it would feel like I was drinking from a fire hose. It wasn’t like that at all. I literally walked away with Step 1, Step 2 & Step 3. First step was implemented within 12 hours. Not only were the presenters easy to understand, personable and helpful, I was in a room with people that I made valuable connections with that had answers that put me months ahead of my original time frame. I was able to provide value to people who were struggling in areas I had strengths or experience in and now these people are my friends! Thank you Leila, and the team. 🫶🏽
