In Psychology, positive reinforcement is adding something desirable and negative reinforcement is taking something perceived as undesirable away. "Positive" and "negaitive" don't automatically have the same connotation as "good" or "bad".❤ If you are adding something unwanted, this can be seen as positive punishment. If you are taking away something wanted it can be seen as negative punishment. Positive and negative reinforcement and punishment are all about the addition or subtraction of things that are desirable or undesirable to a person or animal.

The only thing stopping me from making millions is capital. I spent $50k of my own money on my patent and product development. Then covid slowed my money down. I’m currently on search for business grant to complete this project. Any insight or suggestions on where I could get $2 million grants. I’m very certain my product will be in high demand once I get it on the market.

Leila, your poise on stage is very high quality. Excellent work. Powerful delivery. Next time, Add visual aid behind your presentation to get more engagement for viewers. Some clients have a more visual receptive cognitive learning mind; to fuse this with your delivery could get a video like this from 50k views to 200k+ upon release, with higher watch hours, multiplying your youtube revenue stream over a month of released videos. Give the audience a couple more engaging questions with fewer answer choices, so they can in unison say yes or no, etc. Finally, I enjoyed your humor and would be interested to join your team as a valuable asset in sales, presentations, etc.
