Honestly Tana, I'm giving you this advice now and i just pray to god that you see this: GET A SECOND OPINION By the sound of things, the police aren't doing much for you 1. Hire a private detective - someone who is highly recommended 2. Definitely get the bodyguard - ensure is it someone recommended and has a clean record, someone you can definitely trust 3. Never stay alone in your house at night or during the day - you are at your weakest when you are alone and your stalker knows this 4. Call the police if you ever even slightly feel uncomfortable in your house or if you think there is someone in there, trust your instincts 5. HAVE YOUR WHOLE HOUSE SEARCHED FOR DNA! Make sure if you use gmail or a similar email address that you have the secondary verification setup. You'll get a text message requesting you enter a numerical code so if he tries to guess your password and gets it, you'll still get a notification on your phone.

Why don't you hire a private detective? You know his name and who he is. The investigator can follow him around, catch him stalking you or something shady in the act. Then you'll have the proof you need to prosecute him.

Do you realize how much money that would cost? She's not that rich to the point where she can do that. Another idea would be a sort of trap. Some creeps kept trying to break into our truck so my husband made a sort of trap with a clothes pin, some fishing line & a firecracker. If the creep walked past the line it would set off the firecracker scaring him & alerting us. The key is making sure it's on a hair trigger so it goes off easily. He learned how to make it on here.

WhoaaNellyy I think that is more plausible than a stalker. What I don't get is why she hasn't invested in a alarm system with sensors that can automatically alert the police,ambulance, and fire station when it is set off. I work for Cox and I sell these systems all day long and have one myself. they are not expensive and Cox will include all equipment and waive the installation fees. it's also very affordable. I love Tana but I have to say that if this is all true, why hasn't she at least put in an alarm system, especially with how big she is on KZfaq now that can bring out all the creeps and crazies. I'm not even well known like her and I have an alarm system for a level of protection. I just don't get why someone would have this going on and not take the simplest level of protection of her home and herself. doesn't make sense.

My boyfriend had a Rottweiler and his family never keeps him in a room or locked up when they go to bed and when I stay at his house I always feel safe because nothing is going to happen to me or the family with a Rottweiler protecting us. You should get a Rottweiler or some other protective breed.

I had a stalker for years. He passed away last January. I still look over my shoulder. I will never feel safe again even if he’s dead. I honestly feel like his ghost is stalking me. Tana, my whole church is praying for you. My dad is the pastor and he mentions you at the end of every service on Sunday and include you in our prayer time. This is unbearable to see you, a brilliant girl, go through something this sickeningly awful and all I can do is sit on my couch, pray, tell everyone I know about this, and watch your videos. Don't live your life on the thought that you can die any second. Instead, live your life thinking that you've come this far and you can get through this. You're stalker is defeating how strong you are. Don't let him have that power over you. I think this is an excellent idea. I'd also recommend turning off the internet on your phone, computer, and other devices when you're not using them. Or just turn them off completely. You can even unplug your internet modem when you're not using it. *edit and to clarify, this would only prevent your devices from sending any data (through wifi) in a given moment. When there's spyware already on your device, it's probably best to factory reset the device. But if your device keeps getting reinfected, you'll have to keep doing this.

The cops know the stalker's identity, the issue is finding proof. Apparently this stalker leaves no traces at all so cops can't find the proof they need to arrest the guy. I'm sure your grandpa may be skilled, but if the cops themselves can't find any significant proof, your grandpa most likely can't either. Who knows though, some cops are dumb nowadays.

They don't work, studies actually show they don't make us safer. A lady I spoke to before had been going to self defense classes and had asked her husband to randomly jump out at her around the house so she could practice haha. He jumped out one day on the wrong side of her and she couldn't defend herself the same because the class had only taught her to do the 'moves' for the right side of her body, so if anyone was on her left she was screwed. Also it gives people a false sense of safety so they think they can take on their attackers when they actually can't :/

Tana, if you want the FBI to find your stalker. Give the FBI the 2nd grade picture of him. It has his name, they can access his phone records and possibly track him down. Tana I advise you to do that because that can help. Even though his picture is really out dated, the FBI can use his name to access phone records, recently purchased items (if he has a credit card) and see where he last was according to his purchases/phone records, etc. we will find this man Tana, best of luck!

Or whatever email you have connected to your phone, cause if the stalker has an iPhone they can log into your email that you have on your phone and also get all your messages, etc. My parents did that to me when I was younger! she should do a lot of things but she probably won't because she loves the attention and the story its giving her life. as much as she wants it to stop, she loves being the victim too much . its given her an entire KZfaq platform. she could easily catch this guy with cameras hidden somewhere . like she could so easily catch him if it was actually him. her stalker is probably watching these videos like bitch please I ain't going through all that trouble . he has no reason to stalk her and not have already assaulted he for kidnapped her . why would he just be creeping around her house . seems like she's caught in one big ass lie.

I don't. I believe she thinks she has a stalker, but if her building is so high security with a code to get in (as she said in her Lyft driver story time), why wouldn't she ask for security footage? Apparently he keeps coming in and messing with things. There are always cameras in elevators, hallways, lobbies, front gates, etc. she knows what he looks like so she could ID him for the police.
