DMV means DC area, nation capital, PG county, Montgomery County, Arlington va, and Alexandria VA (maybe Calvert and waldorf) Subway station connection. The rest of MD and VA, Baltimoe city, baltimoe County, AA County, Hoco, the rest of rural MD, South VA is not, and never was, if they say they are, they just want clout.
