how good is the airflow? there are no vents in the front or side panels, where Is the intake goes?

It's not to bad. The intake is two fans in the bottom on the case drawing from the power supply area.

Since mATX isn't the cheapest motherboards, this standart completly lost any reason, why it should be chosen.

There is very little price difference between MATX and ATX.. The cost mostly depends on the chipset and features of the board.. ITX motherboards you definitely pay a premium for the small form factor.
