@@hashmaticmining5589 it does look about an inch or so to high, the case does support a 280 which would have clear the highest point to a better place than the 240 chosen. Still not great but much better.

In a world where most of the time pc builders are just building gaming pc, Building a productivity pc is really helpful to figure out how much power we actually need for productivity tasks. It is much different from gaming requirements and thus creates these confusions around picking up the parts. Really helpful Build. ✨

For future build videos it would be great to see a cost summary of the build at the time that you did it. Of course, price changes overtime, however, it would be insightful to see a segment addressing how much it cost at the time of the build and also compared to other options that are around the same total price (or even cheaper alternatives/suggestions). 😊

I couldn’t imagine being able to build this. I had a hard time with the new Corsair 2500X case that came out a bit ago. It’s technically a mid tower case! It’s small form factor though. But having a project zero motherboard where all the cables are on the back made it so hard to do for me to manage all of it. The skill and patience you have is commendable.

Absolutely, more Productivity + Gaming PC build videos like this would be amazing! As a fellow architecture designer, 3D modeler, and gamer, I've been researching parts to build my first custom PC. But most build guides out there are focused solely on gaming performance, so it's hard to know if those same specs would be ideal for my mixed-use case. This video was super helpful and informative. I'm seriously considering following this exact parts list for my build! The only changes I might make are going with a different case that fits my personal style a bit more, and possibly swapping the RTX 4090 for a 4080 Super instead, just to bring the total cost down a little. Do you think all the other components you chose would still be compatible with a 4080 Super GPU? Seriously, thanks so much for putting this guide together with us productivity power users in mind. More content like this would be incredibly valuable and much appreciated! You've got at least one new subscriber here. Keep up the awesome work!

Thanks. This reminded me why I use a ginormous HAF 700 case instead of itx. Its just so much easier to build in! If I move to a smaller case and switch to a mora, I'll probably skip this form factor. I want my pc to be easy to manage. And i hate no problem with it taking up a ton of space between my desks 😂

Great video, I really appreciate your approach to videos and the PC construction hobby. My only complaint with the pc build hobby is the lack of 3.5 or 2.5 inch bays. With the massive size of game I've come to love hot swap bays. I'm getting to the point of treating ssd as game cartridges. I even have one machine that has a hot swap m.2 on the back of the pc.

My case of choice would be the Jonsbo V10. You can fit ATX power supplies up to 140mm long and graphics cards up to 330mm long, since the graphics card is installed behind the motherboard. You can also put a 240mm radiator on the top.
