What was or is the hardest antenna repair that you have done ?

it call weather head power companys and the hardest antenna repair was a vhf repater antenna at a dudes house and a 10 to 80 fan dipole with the antenna mast up not took down

This hobby is amazing. I can’t imagine myself doing maintenance on my antennas. The longest I have an antenna set is two weeks tops. I keep six to eight antennas all the time, but I change them almost daily.

The device you have on the top is called a weather head. Typically used for decades to route overhead power feeds into a building.

Glad to see someone with a tilt-over mast that more folks can afford. I've nothing against the big towers (and I would love one also) but they incredibly expensive.
