@@cjmarthins1128 If Joshua loses to Franklin, then he is done. If he makes hard work of it for a points win, then he’s still probably done. If he does what he must do, makes a big statement & blasts him out early, then the Wilder fight would be a big money fight again. If Joshua wants to be a force in the division again, he can’t afford another second-rate fight after Franklin. If he wins by knockout, he needs to be fighting a top 3 or 4 opponent next. IMO that means Fury, Usyk, Wilder or Joyce.

Defensive fighters decline later as they dont rely on explosiveness as much. Someone like Joe Joyce will also keep his prime into his early 40s, he doesnt rely on speed one bit. Seems to have shed another layer to being authentically real now, after all the hate and negativity thrown his way. "Don't give a fuck about what others think" type mindset & I don't blame him. Also having had time to reflect on the aftermath of Usyk fights especially 2, think it really was a huge paradigm shift for AJ. Truly having his Ego humbled by losing all the belts & It sounds like he can asses it objectively for what it was. And No BS -> Unlike the walking contradiction of you know who.......F

People look at Usyk as a small heavyweight. Dudes 6"3 240. Tyson was 5"10 210. Usyk's skills at his size are unmatched. His head movement, awareness, and positional boxing is second to none. Size isn't the problem. Usyk is literally doing things these heavyweights haven't dealt with. Movement.
