They don’t have to pay rent on their new home until they earn over £25000 a year . Each of their kids get £3000 every 4 months to help with their education requirements. Plus they receive new cars and their Wives are very conveniently claiming to have mental health issues. And to run salt in the tax payers pockets , they are all Muslims . And we both know what Quran 2:191 and Quran 22:19 is all about .

@@donttryitjohn364you do realize the issue is about migrants and asylum seekers who do not assimalate into the native culture, who commit horrendous crimes and who dileberatly abuse the systems in this country. If anything, our cultural norms are being erroded by this lack of cooperation. And eventually the country you once knew will no longer be yours, you will be forced to follow a religion you don't believe in or face penalty of death. You will be forced to become the ethnic minority in your own land, helping people is fine. But weve been helping the wrong people, its those people who ruin it for the very people your trying to shill for in these comments.

they get granted Legal Aid to sue the Home Office for thousands of pounds in compensation for being "deprived of liberty" whilst held in pre-deportation detention centers and taxpayers foot the bill for all of it ! it's all a massive scam !

Once you don’t have any human rights outside of what the government says you have, who is to say that a later date some future government criminalises not being a Muslim. Islamic states exist because they don’t have human rights that are protected. If you are wanting a Muslim country, getting rid of your human rights is a great way to make it happen.

Because an "indigenous" person would have no immigration detention experience (for clear reasons). There is a good reasons why many amazing security specialists where criminals in the past or why best counter-intelligence officers are often former spies or rebels themselves.

It's time to stop illegal immigrants eligibility and entitlement to receive legal aid. After all, if they can afford to pay people smuggling gangs to cross the channel they can afford to pay for their own accommodation and legal representation. Then the chances are that's this parasitical lawyer wouldn't want to represent them as there wouldn't be so much money in it for him. As he couldn't Leech off the legal aid system for his livelihood.

I wonder what would happen if there was no legal aid for immigrants legal or illegal if they're claim is accepted. Instead they should be expected to pay for the legal help in the same way that students are expected to pay their student loans. Would be an interesting experiment.

My dad left the army in 1969 having served 15 years or so... Couldn't even return from South London to live in Manchester with the assistance of a council house. The city of his and his kid's birth unless he was living there already was closed to us... What has any of this tossers clients done for their own nations let alone the UK?... One thousand years of this country bringing about the most fairest, decent and honourable legal system that any country has had in the world, which worked very well. WHY? - because generally we the British up to about 40 years ago, especially in our cities, were made up of fair, decent and honourable indigenous citizens, which is now no longer the case. Migrants, especially from Third World countries of which some I have travelled to and work there, are certainly NOT fair, decent and honourable people but mainly very corrupt and vindictive. For all good reasons we in the UK very much wanted to an end to racism, which was very much in keeping with British being fair, decent and honourable BUT are noble objective was in truth very naive, unrealistic and delusional or just downright incredibly stupid or done for corrupt and selfish reasons, i.e. Bliar because NO WAY would people coming from many different cultures, religions and beliefs would on coming here change overnight to being fair, decent and honourable. Thus, with the massive influx of migrant lawyers are 'legal system' has effectively been raped and is now just abused, primarily making constant r appeals that the whole system is now jammed up with strategies that once our British indigenous legal professionals never did. Which over the last five years has been told to me by several lawyers, solicitors and a judge.
