As a man of Iranian heritage, I am being baptised and confirmed into the Holy Catholic Church this Easter. Christianity is the fastest growing religion in Iran. Can I ask for anyone who reads this to please pray for the conversion of Iran and those Christians in Iran who practise their faith in each other’s houses for fear of persecution?

You are so right about how much we need the church. I walked away from the church when I was a teenager. I'm 48 now. Came back last year. Went to confession and been attending mass. Mixing with the wrong crowd, violent to his parents and threatening to kill, known to police for various crimes including domestic violence and car theft. Only God can help now. I really liked this talk about the Anti-Christ, there needs to be more talks like this. I would like to point out, Fr. Chris, that you have a habit of saying that you have a big mouth. I for one would strongly disagree because you have a big heart and you have a ton of guts...it's just that maybe God wants you to be verbal as a way to hopefully wake a lot of people up. I don't think that your mouth is going to get you into trouble it's the problem with social media platforms that choose to disagree all because they're the ones that don't want anything to do with God. Excellent talk, Father. Thank you. I remember, along those same lines, Fr Ripperger stating that the Pope (any Pope), residing in the Chair, cannot be The AntiChrist, because that Chair - the office of Pope, belongs to Christ. Nothing that is Christ’s can be Anti Christ. I th k the Protestants - and maybe some Catholics- mistakenly think it belongs to St Peter.

I love this! I had seen it before, but was afraid to watch it. I love what you said and it cleared up a lot for me. I had fallen away from the church for a number of years and got into Buddhism and Yoga and Reiki. The Lord came looking for me and brought me back to church. The gospel of the day that I went back to church for the first time in a number of years, was the prodigal son. I still get tears in my eyes thinking about that. I am so glad to be back with my faith and have left all of that nonsense behind me. My daughter however, I'm still praying for her. How blessed are we when we receive Jesus Christ in the Holy Communion.. We're of the state of Grace. Happy to come back again to mass and received again the communion after many years of not receiving it as I haven't go to confession for more than a decade. Thanks by the grace of God I been able to go to confession last January before the fiest of Sto Niño what a blessing and now very happy to start receiving the communion in every mass 😊 Thanks be to God. 🙏
