@@dr-arvindkumar Yes but could you pls elaborate a safe way to administer it in such patients whether by IV/SC bolus, or IV infusion through an IV set, how to set up the IV infusion when infusion pump isn't accessible, protocols etc. Would appreciate it very much. We see such cases frequently in OPD and management of such cases sometimes result in hypoglycemia and not sure how to set up an IV infusion.

But gold standard is Do blood culture sensitivity and then prescribe antibiotic accordingly, which general patients don’t want that’s why physicians give combinations.
