I got an ARC of Incidents Around The House and OH MY GOD it was the freakiest thing I ever read! The Midnight Feast ended up being my favorite yet from Lucy Foley, and I had zero expectations for The Eyes Are The Best part but wow, that one was really good too!

I am super intrigued by The Unmothers. I just added it to my wish list. I am also very much into vampire horror, so I added We Love the Night Life to my wish list, too. I've already pre-ordered Rachel Harrison's So Thirsty, and I'm currently reading a NetGalley arc of Lucy Undying by Kiersten White. In March I read Thirst by Marina Yuszczuk and Night's Edge by Liz Kerin. And, finally, my first read of May is going to be Immortal Pleasures by V. Castro. So, yeah, I'm consuming lots of vampire content. I'm so glad there's so much of that subgenre out there for us to savor.

I’ve read Wormwood earlier this year (in Polish translation). It’s very short (my copy is 128 pages) and I found it to be quick but quite heavy read, as it includes a lot of real life trauma. It’s also includes a lot of political/social/feminist commentary on Spanish history and society, which might not be everyone’s cup of tea.
