Please continue this helpful series! There is a dearth of [quality] online content on the subject of antique oil lamps. This series is by far the best I've seen. Perhaps you could also post of video on other useful sources of information for aspiring lamp makers.

@@TheWickShop I tried the boiling trick on two Veritas superspeeds that were stuck fast. I boiled both for about 30 minutes at a roiling boil in an old pot. I had my doubts that it would work but they came apart really easy whilst still hot wearing leather gloves. Thanks again!
