Howard Silverboard got his M.D. and then became certified in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, has saved many lives and helped countless people but showing his photos to Dave remains the highlight of his life.

I’ve always been curious how this worked. Was this just a cameraman walking around? Was it wireless? It seems like the squeeze into tight spaces. They could hear Dave, but could they see a live feed as well?
