Matt, We have been watching your videos for years now. You have a very good approach to the mechanics and non gimmicky drills. I sent a friend a couple of links and they were like " This stuff is great thanks! " My son is 13 now and has a good swing and his goal is gap to gap. Only uses BBCOR and last tournament drove a middle high pitch to the opposite gap over 250 feet on a line. We are going to do the drills tonight.

It always seemed to me that open stances create bad habits (or maybe I just suck). Yes, you see the ball with both eyes, but your front shoulder doesn’t stay in as well. It always feels like most hitters are flying open on anything middle-in.
