Just to clarify, computers don't actually quantify Infinity. They can't. The "double" is a 64-bit value that stores a base and an exponent in different parts where the final number is represented by (base) x 2 ^ (exponent). Computers define positive and negative Infinity by specifying the largest possible exponent and using the sign bit accordingly. NaN is specified another way, using a particular value for the exponent that is not likely to be used normally.

It's called undefined behaviour. Similar things happen when you forget to initialise variables in code because the variable can be anything a previous program set it to, and setting direct memory addresses can really mess with any program because it's whole memory structure is now different and anything can happen.

Hey AntVenom, since you like breaking the game, I have an idea I think you will find interesting. Disclaimer: This may have already been done and I just haven't heard of it, or it may just not work since mechanics may have been changed since I last checked. So the Hypothesis is: Is it possible to make a world "peaceful" without it actually being on the peaceful difficulty setting in Surival Minecraft? Since, well, the dawn of MC in 2009 people have been figuring out, and manipulating/exploiting the mechanics of the game. More specifically I'm referring to the mechanics of Mob Spawning. There are dozens upon dozens of tutorials on how to make mob farms, From different kinds of mobs, to different dimensions, to ex or item farms. We have mastered mob spawning mechanics. But have we tried to stop mobs spawning all together? From what I can recall, there is a limit to how many hostile mobs will spawn naturally or rather how many mobs can be in the world at one time. Mainly as to not create lag. So the theory is that if you have enough hostile mobs with either name tags or holding items in a secure area in spawn chunks, so it stays loaded, that the game won't allow anymore to spawn, except maybe in special circumstances such as an actual mob spawner block. As simple as it sounds to actually test, I don't think anyone has. Or atleast has made a video on.

I think you maybe could be able to overflow the amount of items in a stack in your inventory using cheat engine wich should give you negative item amounts unless they used an unassigned value for it.

I haven't noticed a SINGLE comment mention this yet. I don't understand how using Cheat Engine is any different from using SPC to teleport. The 34 billion limit and 64-bit integer limit are limits in the first place because the way that the game and computer themselves process numbers that big breaks down and causes chunks to corrupt completely at those points, which is why you can't reach those limits in the first place. How on Earth does using Cheat Engine to teleport let you just casually go to infinity and still fly around like this is a completely normal thing that happens?

I haven't tried it yet, but, using this it could be possible to change how many items you hold, and possibly how many hotbar slots you have, and possibly use this to mess up blocks by changing their ID's, For example, you could change the id of a dirt block to a sand blocks id, and vise versa.
