First off, Pranam to Anuradha Paudwal Ji. As an experienced professional, I can relate to what she is saying. 1. Every individual has their own circumstances, challenges and how they overcome their and become successful. So we can't simply compare two people's approaches to get there. These shows are mere platforms, promoting their channel, it's employees and those singers who have lost their purpurpose of being in the music industry (because they are interested in earning by working as judges for these channels and therefore will uphold what the channel directors want them to asopposed to judging the talent of the contestants.). If professional is true to themselves and to the profession, they will stand for it and speak for it. Unlike what is happening with Indian Idol. It is a Shame. No one should choose this as a platform to pursue a career in music. Respect yourself, the hard work you are putting in , the industry and send your recorded tapes to the music directors directly. They can give you a chance if they find you as a talent that they can groom and have you perform. Good luck! Make some great music and ditch these channels and shows.

Perfectly said... In these reality shows they actually sell their garibi and helplessness to gain popularity and TRPs which is very wrong. The pattern is same in all the reality shows in every season. No change and it looks fake and scripted.
