Thank you so much for opening up about your phobia/GAD & sharing it with us - that takes a lot of courage! Can totally relate to what you say, been suffering from the exact same phobia for a long time; getting screened a ridiculous amount of times in spite of taking all the necessary precautions, literally 0 risk...then on to panic attacks, the physical symptoms you described - it's such a vicious cycle that's hard to escape, but it's possible! Thankfully I have been able to manage my bouts of anxiety for almost 2 years now with therapy, medication and working out The worst thing is I have wasted 3 years excessively worrying due to these irrational fears, depriving me of living in the moment. Hope you've made some progress by now and are able to enjoy life bro!

You’re very welcome...anxiety is very real and once you get the proper medication, therapy relying on God for strength you will get there...I promise!!!...one day you will look back at this season in your life and be like “wow”...why did I even worry about all of that???...I’m thankful I went through what I did because my 19 year old daughter has anxiety as well and I am able to understand it and tell her she’s not “crazy”...and her anxiety is just like any other chronic illness such as diabetes, etc...as with any physical illness that you have to take medication for it you have a mental illness which is also physical as the chemicals in your brain are out of whack...don’t ever be ashamed of mental illness the stigma is horrible!!!...you WILL get well and be so thankful and will be able to help others through it as you are helping those out there that have this same fear and anxiety to know they are not alone...I’m here for you if you ever have any questions or need reassurance...continued prayers!!!...🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Ive had this fear before. Just getting to the tail end of it too. This fear will take you to mental hell. One thing I discovered on my shooms trip (which I do not necessarily reccomend for everyone), is that I realized I felt guilt and shame and was projecting onto this particular disease. You spoke to this in your video, the need to punish yourself for feeling like you did a reckless thing. I pray we all are able to one day show ourselves the grace and mercy that God shows us when we make mistakes. It is okay to breathe and let go. Miracles do happen. Pray about all worries you have to the most high.

There was a time when I was suffering from HIV exposure OCD and anxiety where I would take so many HIV tests, followed up emotional rollercoasters of doubt/regret/anxiety while waiting for the results - even buying at home tests from Wal Greens. All negative, thankfully but I was absolutely being irrational. Lots of therapy, self development and education (about self/sex/diseases), have lead me to a better place mentally.

You’re videos have inspired me and will always do,I spent almost 6 years of my life thinking I am hiv positive reason being I’ve had chronic genetic gingivitis which won’t go away (left untreated for years ) and it affected my swollen lymph nodes under my jaws (they go and come) but I’ve always convinced myself that it is hiv because Google wouldn’t give me straight answer about gingivitis causing swollen lymph nodes, and what made it worse was that Was exposed to the possibility last year December…I have had anxiety for months …I had cold but in my mind I thought maybe I am hiv ,I started checking myself for lymph nodes on my neck for days and to my surprise I found them because I looked for them (was able to feel very small tiny ones and asked my friends and brother and they had them too cause we kept poking them) but was convinced it was due to hiv symptoms until I came across your videos and finally convinced myself to take the test and it back negative(looking back I spent years of my life thinking I have it and I didn’t) and to anyone reading this , go get tested and stop waiting years of your time thinking you’re . And that’s how I knew anxiety and depression is real, save yourself the trouble and get tested . And again I just wanna thank you 😊 you pretty much saved me from drowning in anxiety 🥺

I just want to thank you for sharing this information. I've been going through the same anxiety even after testing multiple negative hiv test. The last test I did was about 18 months after possible exposure. Of course the results was negative. You would think after multiple negative test the anxieties would subside, but it didn't. I still struggle with hiv phobias. I wish I had a way to conquer this but it sometimes conquers me. Again thank you for your information. it does bring hope into my soul that I am getting closer this overcoming this hurdle in my life.

Murade Omer It is a struggle that’s rooted in fear and for me was a loss of control and identity. It takes time to rebuild. You will beat it though. You deserve mental health and to enjoy the gifts that life provides. The FACT that you are negative can not be debated. Invest in your mental health, by starting healthy habits. Healthy habits are what has gotten me to this point of recovery. It’s also something I haven’t accomplished alone. Speak out and fight against the stigma of HIV and general anxiety. We aren’t crazy.... we are human. Good Luck on your journey.

Right now I am going through what you were going through. Tested negative after 29 days of a low risk sexual encounter but still kept on wondering with the what ifs and developed a fear that I might step on a dirty needle even with heavy chunky boots. Fortunately I have already worked alot on it by myself but it's nice to hear that there are more people going through the same thing, people just think that we're mental cases. Hi Bro, I really appreciate you doing this. Your videos helped me a lot during this times of Panic. @joelopez3105
@joelopez3105 4 жыл бұрын
R v Your results are conclusive. I’m glad the videos helped. Dry skin can be a result of how much water you intake. Your anxiety causes life style changes which in turn change your body. So see a Dr. It’s not HIV your test in conclusive. Look up what the word “conclusive” means, if you ever doubt your results. Good lucky on your journey towards mental health.

@@joelopez3105 Thank you for the quick reply bro :). I really appreciate it........you words help me a lot. The only worry I have is that it is a second gen rapid test and I am not sure how common and safe these are for conclusive results on HIV screening !!!
@joelopez3105
@joelopez3105 4 жыл бұрын
R v Before you delve into the web don’t get wrapped up in percentages of accuracy. The rapid test is as accurate as they come. HIV does not hide in your body. If you have already looked online as to the percentages of accuracy let me explain those publications are talking about false positives. Never false negatives. The test is that sensitive. What you can do moving forward is continue you education on HIV. Become a force multiplier and fight the stigma. That’s what causes the fear. It’s this old stigma that we need to fight against. Happy to help. Try to pay it forward in the future. You aren’t alone in your fears. I hope now you see how fear alone can devastate someone’s life. Good lucky on your journey towards mental health.

I don’t know how I missed your message. I’m sorry about the late response. Fear actually causes a chemical change in your body. Your body doesn’t differentiate between good and bad. Your body becomes dependent on the chemicals dump. The fight or flight. Look that up. See what it releases in your body. Once you get spun up on that you will understand what your body is going through. So, the way you start to regulate this chemicals dump is through combat breathing, meditation, and healthy habits. Good luck on your journey towards mental health. You will beat it.

I’m just wondering why you are concerned? Do you have concerns about your sex partners or do you already suffer from health anxiety. What has brought this about for you? In all honesty you are doing the right thing by getting tested if you are sexually active. Also If your sex partners are not IV drug users and Heterosexual males it is extremely unlikely. I know waiting is a scary time, just know HIV is only a chronic condition now. You live a full and healthy life with a +status. Of course this doesn’t take away from having a healthy sex life. Consider Prep if you have multiple sex partners. Talk to you health care provider about it. Sending positive vibes your way. You will be good 🤗.

I have been rape at my school and it was very traumatizing, it lead me to a very horrible depression and it ruined my whole persona. I was been orally abused by them, I tried everything that could make me feel better for my mentally health then i was diagnosed with a severe hypochondriasis because of it i was very concerned to my physical health if there are symptoms of HIV or something , I tested negative twice in the 10 week of that incident. @joelopez3105
@joelopez3105 Жыл бұрын
If your anxiety has been growing since you touched blood it’s possible that your itching is a physical manifestation of your anxiety. Although you might have had a cut on your hand the body actually closes it’s wounds to prevent infection. I’m sure you washed your hands after that experience. HIV also loses its ability to infect outside of the human body within several hrs. So it’s unlikely. To sooth your concerns I always recommend testing. You can do it with an at home test. Good luck on your journey and sorry about the delayed response.

Pretty Lady I recently learned how fragile my healing truly is. Today after external influences I found myself counting days from potential exposure to my last test. 237 days, that’s the count. I know without a doubt that I am negative, still there is the fear. Because my fear really has nothing to do with the virus. It’s my battle with OCD and GAD (health anxiety). I will never be invincible, like I once thought I was. Sure it’s immature to think oneself indestructible, only I truly believed it. After surviving so many horrors in my life, I thought nothing can hurt me. Then, in just a few days my world was rocked with unimaginable fear that took a year of my life from me and still takes days away from me on occasion. All I can do is recognize the irrational thoughts and let them wash over me. I think the fact that you test every year is courageous, only I wish you saw it that way. Not in a negative light. You are doing what more people should do. What I’m getting at is take strides to own every moment of your life. Own even the fear. My fear although irrational is apart of me. It’s okay, and I’m not broken, it’s just me. I accept my imperfections and work towards making each day better when I can. If I slip, I simply start again. Thank you for sharing. Good Luck on your journey towards mental health.

First I’m sorry about the late response. I know how each day can be agonizing. Regarding your Skin conditions, understand those things happened before you started inspecting every inch of your body. Only before you didn’t notice. Skin rashes happen for a multitude of reasons to include weather changes and clothing articles you may be wearing to food you have eaten. Most importantly it will occur as a result of constant anxiety. It literally starts to affect your physiology. It happened to me. So let me assure you that tests don’t lie. Your girlfriend is negative and you are negative. As I’m sure you observed in my videos, tests are accurate after 15 days. The CDC considers tests after 90 Days conclusive. Think about it though. The US is extremely conservative in their findings. What you are dealing with is most likely guilt. You possibly feel like you need to suffer because of that guilt. I want you to know no one, not even an IV Drug user deserves HIV. Bad things happen to good people all the time. You need to focus your energy on your mental health. I agree that HIV is scary. The reality though is that HIV is a manageable condition. People live full lives taking one pill a day. That pill makes a person undetectable. It doesn’t mean we shouldn’t practice safe sex. Talking about your risky espouse. What you consider risky probably isn’t. Was it with a sex worker? If so female to male transmission is almost none existent. Male to male and male to female is extremely high risk. I hope some of what I have said has brought some peace to you today. I know that the journey will likely have darker days still in your future. Mental health doesn’t happen overnight. Good luck on your journey towards mental health.

If you are suffering from chronic anxiety, you can be assured that it manifests with physical symptoms. Many people think it’s only phycological, It’s not. This channel was created to focus on health anxiety and HIV Phobia, although it applies to anyone suffering from anxiety, especially if it’s something you hadn’t experienced in the past to this extent. Anxiety is a very natural human response to fear. If you are afraid of something or dealing with stressors in your life it’s very common to suffer from anxiety. There are many techniques to help you cope with these feelings. Just know the sooner you gain an understanding of your situation, the better it will be for you physically. Prolonged anxiety can alter your physiology and leave you with long term conditions. Sounds to me like you are suffering some kind of vertigo. This sounds like an inner ear issue. Seek medical attention specifically for this. Good luck on your journey towards mental health.

90 Days is considered conclusive here in the states NOT 6months. After 14 days results are accurate and only change as a result of pre existing conditions. Still test at 90 days. There is no need to test again after that. The dizziness will come and go until you get your anxiety under control.

Kira Kabanovich In most countries tests are considered conclusive after 14 days. There are medical conditions you would already be aware of that would cause you to test + after 90. With that being said, you don’t have HIV. Not because of oral sex. Also do you know the status of the person you were with? Is there a reason why you have focused on HIV. Normally the fear has to do with guilt. It’s our way of punishing ourselves because we feel we did something wrong. Intimacy isn’t something to feel bad about. Instead have safe sex, get tested regularly, and put your energy towards living. Good luck on your journey towards mental health.

Mouth sores are common when you have a fever. If you had a fever you would have antibodies. Get an at home ora quick test to subside your anxiety. It’s great that your partner is aware of their sexual health. Getting tested is healthy although nerve wrecking. I understand this all to well. Before you start self diagnosing just get tested. Based on the way you expressed your concerns I’m under the impression that you have gone down the internet rabbit hole. I remember finding Acute infection during my internet searches. Stay off the internet as it will provide you half truths that won’t subside your anxiety. The internet is designed to make you keep clicking and all of it just keeps getting scarier. The truth about HIV is that it’s a chronic condition and undetectable means untranslatable. That means full life, healthy babies, and nothing holding you back from living. You deserve to have a healthy sex life. Don’t let this anxiety destroy you. The road back to mental health is so difficult. The only thing you are in control of is your outlook. Since you talk with your partner get tested together. Each of you buy an at home test and take it together. Before you start researching the accuracy of at home tests let me save you some work. The percentages associated with their accuracy are talking about false positives. NOT false negatives. That’s how sensitive these tests are. Good luck on your journey and keep me posted.

I know when dealing with my anxiety at its worst I was afraid of every physical ailment. To include a cold. Only way to know is to get tested. You can’t use symptoms as a means of identifying your status. It’s just not the way it works. Some people won’t show any symptoms for up to 8 years. So get tested. Early detection means a full life. You can get a rapid test done at a local clinic. They do a finger prick and have a result in 20 mins. You talked about seeing HIV more in media. That happened to me also when I first started my spiral into anxiety. There was a program on Netflix. While the scene in the show played out my heart sank and I had a panic attack. I was so sensitive to my environment. You feel like you had a risky exposure. Think on this though, was the man you were with heterosexual, is he an IV drug user? If he is hetro and not an IV drug user the chances of him having HIV are extremely low. Look at those commercials and think about who they are focusing on. You are not a high risk candidate for HIV. So why is HIV what you fear. That’s the question I had to ask myself. Understanding that was another step towards my mental health. Please keep me updated on your progress. Good luck on your journey towards mental health.

Deja Bolt This is health anxiety. You will attribute every ache, pain, or discomfort as a possible symptom of HIV. If you are still researching symptoms online you are disrupting your pathway towards recovery. Most people don’t realize many of the symptoms associated with HIV are very late stage stuff. It’s also not a single symptom you would be dealing with. Honesty this is the first time I have every heard of such a symptom. It’s really important to stop researching on KZfaq. There is so much miss information on here. I know it’s difficult. Just remember you aren’t alone. This isn’t a unique problem just for you. I recently went for my annual physical. My results are that I’m extremely healthy. Made me feel great. Still, Someone I care for called into question my Doctors abilities based on a completely unrelated topic and I lost some sleep over it. I still battle with my health anxiety. I managed it and got back on my path. It’s okay to have bad days. Just keep putting greater distance between them whenever possible.

Recently I overcame another bout of health anxiety. I doubted the oral test and felt better once taking the blood test. Both negative. I know that what I was feeling had nothing to do with me testing or even being at risk of HIV. It had to do with being under allot of stress and recognizing this is how my mind responds to a disrupted routine. Mental health is a journey. Tests don’t lie. Tests have false positives. You obviously know its impossible that you have HIV. Your battle is with guilt. I want to make this clear, no matter how bad you may feel about what you did, it doesn’t mean you deserve HIV. HIV isn’t a punishment. Some people have contracted it after being in committed relationships. What causes your fear is a stigma that has had years to fester in our deepest fears. That stigma is a byproduct of miss information. If you are a heterosexual male , I’m sure you already know it’s virtually impossible to contract HIV. I complete understand why you are experiencing these irrational thoughts. You deserve to have a healthy sex life and a relationship. You could drink buckets of that woman’s saliva and not contract HIV. I could continue to give you affirmations that make you feel good, only I think it’s more productive if you discover what is actually causing your fear. For me it was control and guilt. Good luck on your journey towards mental health.

@@sunset_midnight1585 Getting tested regularly is a healthy practice. Your encounter was protected so it isn’t a high risk encounter. Don’t go down the internet rabbit hole. If you have Insta jump on Jennifer Vaughns page or check her out here on You Tube. Taking an at home test before having a new partner or getting tested after a new partner for all STDs is simply just being sexually healthy. Get comfortable with the dialog also before being intimate. Ask if your partner has tested and when was their last test. This conversation dampens any mood, I get it. The more you do it though the easier it becomes and the more comfortable you will become. It shouldn’t affect how you test though. Regarding the rash the word “persistent” is what you need to know. Meaning it goes away and then comes back after any treatment. Try an antihistamine or rub on the pink stuff (can’t remember what it’s called). Recently I had a heat rash on my waste and under my arms. It threw me into an anxiety spiral. I used my tools and remained functional until I could take a test. I obviously tested negative as I had no reason to be positive. I had never had heat rash before. Only my body is changing as I get older and weather changes recently caused me to bundle up more. Chrisy boo The tests after 3 Months are conclusive. That means beyond a doubt. You are negative. Especially with no further potential exposures. Your mental healthy is what you need to work on. It’s not HIV. How to believe your negative status... it’s a recipe that start with healthy habits and time. Be grateful for one thing each day. Learn to meditate, work on thought stoppage, get a Councelor, start slowly exercising, and educate yourself about what living with HIV is really about. You shouldn’t fear HIV because even if you were positive which you aren’t, your life wouldn’t change. You would still live a full life. You are however killing yourself with anxiety. There is a very real chemical Imbalance within you. I know this because there was one within me. It takes time to get ahead of this. Don’t beat yourself up because you aren’t magically better. People who do not suffer from HIV phobia can’t understand that a negative test isn’t the answer to moving forward. It’s a mental health issue. So I’m the states tests at considered conclusive at 90 days. Most European countries consider tests conclusive after 15 days. HIV doesn’t hide. That’s the facts. I have never seen the test change results after 15 days. I would say you are conclusive. That means you are negative beyond a doubt. Testing annually is you are sexually actively is simply being healthy. Just test annually. Chances are you did not even have a high risk exposure. If you are hetero male, understand female to male transmission is non existent. Check out J Voughns Instagram on down low men. She was HIV plus for a year before finding out she was HIV+. She had unprotected sex with the same partner and never transmitted.

I think of it like being an addict. The anxiety is apart of me. I can’t control it. I can live with it. I can choose to not allow my anxiety or fears to detract from living a life that makes me happy. I also don’t come down on myself if I have a bad day. I won’t allow myself to look at it as a step backwards. I recognize the bad day and then let it go. Striving to make tomorrow better. You deserve to be happy. You are also responsible for making that happen. Good luck to you on your journey.

It’s always healthy to get tested annually if you are sexually active. HIV is a chronic condition that is treatable when using medication. Undetectable means untranslatable. With that said all the symptoms you expressed sound like a byproduct of your anxiety as you are hyper focusing on your body you will actually notice things that you normally pay no attention to. In European counties tests done after 15 days are considered conclusive. Obviously your sexual partner is responsible with their sexual health. Talk with them about this anxiety If it’s an option. You deserve to have a healthy Sex life. This fear can become debilitating. Read some of my other responses to questions so you can develop a mental health plan. You got this and you aren’t alone. Good luck on your journey towards mental health.

It’s amazing the things we start considering to pacify our fears. The mental note that it was less than a Min. It could have been for 45 mins and it wouldn’t change the extremely unlucky chance that you contracted HIV. Getting tested is something you should do annually if you are sexually active. It’s just responsible. HIV is considered a chronic condition just like diabetes. It doesn’t make you dirty or unclean. It doesn’t make you a bad person, and no one in the world deserves it. Those living with it and are treatment because undetectable. That means they can’t transmit. Undetectable means I untranslatable. What you fear is the stigma of HIV. I understand this all to well. There are phycological reasons for this. You may find other patterns in your behavior that support my statement. It took me a while to figure out I’m OCD and that I suffer from anxiety disorder. I’m not medicated and I focus on healthy routines like sleep, eating, exercise, and mindfulness. It’s the key to balance, get tested. 15 days after any intercourse is as accurate as it gets. 90 days per the CDC, only it’s very well tested that results don’t change after 15 days unless you have late stage cancer and several other medical conditions you would be very aware of. Good luck on your journey towards mental health and STOP looking things up on line (just in case you are) 🤘🏽

priyank patel First, Im sorry about the late response. Holidays are hectic. The road to mental health is recognizing you have a mental health issue. It’s not HIV, it’s called health anxiety. It’s a very real thing with serious long term if not life long symptoms. Anxiety can cause damage to your body. Lower your immune system, change your physiology. Check out anxiety symptoms on KZfaq. You will find so many people that suffer. Much like any addict, once you become one, you are an addict for life. You simply learn the tools that help you stop being self destructive. The tests are accurate. You DONT have HIV and that’s the last I’ll discuss that. Find a Councelor. Mine told me I didn’t have to return to her as I have made incredible progress. I still see her though once a month. I figure it’s no different than brushing your teeth. It’s maintenance for my mind. You aren’t alone! So many people suffer just as you are. You have made HIV the focus of your anxiety. Just remember that what you are dealing with has nothing to do with the virus. Your physical symptoms can be a multitude of things so just go to the Dr. Be sure to let them know about your mental health issues. They can direct you to services. Know this though. Finding mental health services isn’t easy. It’s difficult and you need to shop around for one that works for you. I personally have had two. My first was not great. My second one took me to where I am today. One of the tools I use is called thought stoppage. Look it up on line. Many different methods of it. I hope some of what I have shared will help you. Only you can take the steps to mental health and you are worth it. Good Luck on your Journey. Stop looking up HIV sites. Focus on your mental health.

Bro I finally stumbled upon this after 30ish videos and Reddit posts about HIV symptoms. You guys wanna know what started it? Thinking one of the line cooks spit in my burger at Five Guys. I shit you not. I have 0 bodies. Yet here I am lmao, being afraid of having an STD. Every single post and video said the same thing but I didn’t listen. Very low, extremely low, basically zero, essentially zero, negligible, might as well be zero. “You’d have to both have a cut in the mouth.” Oh but I had an ulcer at the time, so that’s a break in the mucosa membrane and a possible port of entry. “Yeah but the viral load in saliva is close to nothing.” Oh but it’s not zero, it might as well be, but it’s not. And why did I think he spit in my food? Cause I said thank you and have a good night and he didn’t respond with anything. Nothing funny in the burger, searched it up and down and picked it apart layer by layer and checked with my phones flashlight, nothing suspicious. Obviously didn’t see it happen otherwise I would’ve known and thrown it away. Nonetheless, 30 days left and then I’m getting a blood test lol. Anxiety is a real thing man, sucks.

@joelopez3105
@joelopez3105 4 жыл бұрын
amelliandre millie Because of the guilt the horrible feelings of fear and anxiety become your own personal punishment. In my experience Guilt, is a leading cause for HIV Phobia. Many of the people I speak with on this channel realize late in their anxiety that it stems from an encounter that they feel guilty about. Guilt doesn’t make you HIV positive and HIV is not a punishment. Regardless of your faith, no God would make you HIV positive because of something you feel you shouldn’t have done. It’s not something you deserve because you had an affair. You do not deserve to live in fear. You need to forgive yourself. Weight your situation and work through your relationship. Maybe you are in a relationship you don’t really want to be in. Maybe you felt that being with a virgin was the safest way for you to learn more about your body. Regardless, don’t be afraid of getting tested. It’s a perfectly normal thing to do. It doesn’t make you unclean. It doesn’t make what happened more real. What happened is in the past and you deserve to be happy I’m the future. Good luck on your journey towards mental health.

I promise you your results won’t change. After 90 days your results couldn’t be more conclusive. That 6 month mark doesn’t apply to anyone in the world. Tests weren’t as good in the past. Did you ever hear my story about the medical technician I had to school, that was giving me data from 2005, that I literally watched her pull off the internet. It was a scary day for me especially since at that moment I had made so much progress. Just my feeling, maybe you haven’t really gotten to the root of your anxiety and if not that’s okay. I still have days that I suffer. It doesn’t mean I’m broken though and neither are you. You are beautiful and deserve to have a healthy relationship that is fear free. I’m glad you reached out I hope you take my response as a little kick in the butt. I know I needed it on occasion. You are conclusively negative. You don’t have HIV. I’m sending good vibes your way for 2021. Good luck on your journey. You will beat it. Oh and your pain is unrelated. Maybe you drank to much on New Years. Pains like that happen all the time. When you have health anxiety we happen to focus on them. A day ago I was going frantic that I might have cancer. It was a bad day, only I didn’t allow myself to fall down the rabbit hole. Every day is a gift. It’s not how long the adventure is, it’s how much of an adventure we make of it. 🤗. I hope to hear back soon. I’m also on IG at Enderrevin. @Shelly Ballard Thanks for sharing your experience. Anxiety will physically manifest. Accepting you are negative isn’t as easy as some may think and that acceptance actually has little to do with HIV. The chemicals dump caused by your fear is literally a drug and your body doesn’t differentiate good or bad feelings. Once you physically becomes addicted to the fight or flight the problem will persist. If not HIV phobia, then something else. HIV phobia is like the super predator though because of all the miss information on the internet. You will find your path through this. It takes time so don’t be hard on yourself. It’s better than wondering if you did the test right. You need solid answers and no doubts as you move forward. If you leave a sliver of doubt available to your thoughts at some point your thoughts may grab onto that doubt. We don’t want that.

You suffer from health anxiety. I truly believe you just caught a cold, although I’m more keen on believing that your anxiety and nerves are just making you feel sick. Why would you google symptoms for example. Most people would just attribute what they are feeling to generally feeling unwell. Since you went down this rabbit hole, tells me you already have a pre disposition for anxiety. All the symptoms you described sound like a panic attack to me. Constant anxiety will make you susceptible to getting sick. Firstly are you having intercourse with female or was it male to male unprotected. If you are male and your partner was female the chances of contracting the virus are almost non existent. Stop googling. Getting tested once a year during your annual physical if you are sexually actively is a healthy thing to do. HIV is a chronic condition and with treatment any person living with the virus can live a full and unencumbered life by only taking one pill a day. That means you can have kids and live a full life. The stigma is the worst part. It’s also why you are suffering right now. It’s all because of the stigma surrounding HIV.

Jimmy Chamboko if she is on her medications she CAN NOT transmit the Virus. If she is undetectable she is untranslatable U=U. So get tested. If the test is negative and it has been more than 90 days from the exposure you are negative. If you are positive you will live a normal life. You just have to take a 1 pill a day. It is easier to manage than diabetes. If you have been looking up symptoms online stop. Women to man transmission is very difficult. Good Luck on your journey.

Jimmy Chamboko I can’t answer that. I’m not a Dr. I know it’s hard, but get tested. If you are sexually active getting annual testing is always a responsible thing to do. Sorry I can’t help more. Watch other videos I have posted for more facts and information. Good Luck on your Journey.
