Wanting a salad I went out in the so needed rain, cut off some mix salad greens, kale, and Swiss chard ~ headed back in to grab a handful of micro greens in my window sill and along with some organic spinach and green apples made myself a wonderful healthy salad. Anyone can grow lettuce and greens. Just put the seeds in the ground and try !! Merry Christmas !!
