I mean, by the legal definition it is reasonably clearly a genocide, and the ICJ in its preliminary ruling found that "plausible" (the full investigation will usually take years and gather a lot of evidence before reaching a conclusion). It said that A) 100% of people in Gaza are experiencing acute hunger, B) Only land routes can resolve that, C) Israel won't allow that.
