AOC has hit it out of the park with this one. This is the U27G3X, a 4K 160Hz IPS gaming monitor with HDMI 2.1 and a price tag that’s literally HALF an equivalent display from someone like MSI - specifically the MAG 323UPF I reviewed at the start of the year. From one KZfaqr to another, THANK YOU SO MUCH for making an Nvidia LDAT alternative. I’m most likely going to be buying your OSLTT. If I wanted to test different Windows tweaks and in-game settings, that would be the better option over the OSRTT correct? I’m seriously considering doing videos on the OSLTT/OSRTT because not enough people know that they exist and the more people that test everything, the better we can optimize. What's the current shipping time to California from the UK after purchase? (I saw they’re hand made so even more props dude!) Also, PLEASE start using timestamps in your videos. I say that with as much love as possible as I just watched +5 of your videos where it could’ve been insanely helpful. would this be good for office work? i like 144hz but i'm tossing up this monitor and the BenQ PD2705U for my MacBook Pro. i wont be gaming buy I've gotten use to 144hz for scrolling and coding. are the colours still good?

Hey Would you mind also posting measured gamma curve? Including each individual color channel versus the reference flat 2.2 or sRGB curve if possible (not sure how your software would show that, I'm just familiar with HCFR) In my measurement and usage of many types of displays I own (i1 Display Pro) I found this to be subjectively more important even than color accuracy.

Aber Predator XB283K not M28U. It's more clean at 60 hz. You maybe play also at 60 hz in 4k or upscaled 4k with modern games.

This vs a great 1080p 240Hz monitor? Also, can it do 160Hz via HDMI 2.1 ports, i.e. no compression needed (cos as you know DP 1.4 does not have enough bandwith for 4K/160Hz)? Thanks!

My issue with AOC, is quality control and consistency. On paper it's a great display, but how many of them have issues? Time will tell.

It's true, I have one (a very cheap one), it has occasional issues when turning it on.

Same I had a AOC and it basically became unusable due to picture corruption 1 month out of warranty, if I had it @ 144hz no go, put it down to 60hz and picture came back, very weird and was told sorry cant fix out of warranty. no problem I said, I haven't touched AOC since.

Oh if only this had mini-LED!!! Of course it could easily cost few hundred more, but mabye AOC can surprise us like they did with their $280 USD price on the memorably-named Q27G3XMN?
