In this video Heimler walks you through the largest of the units for AP Government, namely Unit 2.
It's a unit about the three branches of government (legislative, executive, and judicial): how they function, what kinds of powers they have, and how they check each other's powers.
Additionally, we talk about the unofficial fourth branch of government, the federal bureaucracy. There is SO much going on in Unit 2, but learn it well because this will be the MOST represented unit on the AP Gov exam.

This video is absolute GOLD! I love how concise and to the point they are. My only suggestion is that the blinking titles (like at 34:00) can be very distracting, so that's not my favorite. Other than that, this is an absolute Godsend! Keep it up!

a pocket veto is a formal power, not informal, listed in the Constitution's Article I, section 7. I got a question wrong on my executive branch test because I said it was informal 😢. I still love these videos regardless

Hey Heimler, I don't know if you realize this but it seems like there may be an issue with the rendering of your videos, as there is a decent amount of flickering. This is in many of the graphics in your videos, but it was especially noticeable in this video around 37:17.

I think he uses it as a sneaky tactic to increase watchtime so when students are feeling tired/sleep halfway through the video, the flickering can "wake them up" and alert them to keep watching through the entire video.
