I was following a Group of Rr310's last year. I was on a R3 & only after 140kmph I was overtaking them. Rr310 really was keeping up till then, Good braking too. For the pricing it's good. But rr310's sound could have been better

Aside the obvious hate for KTM, I noticed other statements. 1. He says the vibrations are because of improper tightening of the bolts. Well, we are talking about vibrations coming because of the Engine and not rattling of the fiber parts. The tightening of the bolts has nothing to do with the vibration you feel in the foot pegs and the handle-bar. If the Fiber is improperly tightened, it will rattle which is different. If tightened too hard, it could crack. But that is mostly it. 2. Cleaning the Chain/Sprocket has got nothing to do with the gear shifter. The gear shifter isn't even in contact with the front sprocket. The only thing that could 'probably' affect the gear shifting is the chain tightness, but again there is no proof of that 3. The so-called patented heat dissipation design is nothing special. You will find similar vents on every other fully faired motorcycle. Just check the side panels on the CBR, R15, Ninja etc and you will see a similar design. Absolutely nothing special about it. 4. Maintaining low speeds on a higher gear hasn't much to do with the fueling but more with the gear ratios. Fueling will primarily decide how good your engine is at maintaining a particular RPM when you maintain constant throttle. If the fueling is bad, the RPM will keep varying by noticeable margin. If the fueling is good, you won't notice that the RPM is varying because it is that small a variation. 5. 'Gearing is tall but the fueling is perfect'. With a tall gearing, you wouldn't be able to ride at 40kmph in 6th gear. 6. 35k kms on the stock Chain-sprocket is more down to the rider. I know someone who rode 45k kms on the stock Chain-sprocket but he also used to clean-lube it every week. With normal care (cleaning every 700-800km), you can expect any O-ring chain to last 15-20k kms, nothing more.

Rode this very same bike today. Have to say that a lot has been said about vibrations of this bike in the media and on KZfaq. Actually, except the vibration on the mirrors when accelerating, rest of the bike has very little vibrations. Vibrations actually come in post 6500rpm, but the intensity is similar to vibrations on RTR 200. Only that it vibrates a little more than the 200. Overall, vibrations are not a bother in the riding experience. Plus heating is also very well managed. Very less heat gets thrown onto the riders legs when riding

I don't think it could beat RC 390 on any track. There's no rider who could beat actually.

Might be it'll not Chase Rc on track.... But I would say for city Ride and highways, this is complete package bike....

This bike is not at all reliable. The so called bmw engine within 9 months has got a broken camshaft and tapped needs work to be done. I am not at all satisfied won't suggest this bike. In the past also I got trouble from a bike so new. Hands down to TVS.

I have seen the RC390 on the track, riden by professionals. That's the literally the best motorcycle for the track in the sub 600cc segment. It not only manages to keep up with the bigger motorcycles, but in some situations even beat them, mainly if the track has lot of corners (Kari Motor Speedway). So to claim the RR310 is better on the track than RC390 is not just blatant hatred but sheer stupidity.

This video feels more like an paid review rather than ownership one. The owner sounded biased and didn't accept the shortcomings of the bike though they are faced by every RR310 owner.

One comment caught me. Does TVS provide service at home by their staff for this bike? Because most of the center don't know how to service this.

But he mentions ktm more than he mentions apache/tvs Not sure how many KTMs he has owned or what were the issues that he faced with his KTM, he is so against ktm that he always tries to put them down.

Bull shit. I own this motorcycle, and hate it. Not fun to ride at all. Lots of issues with the gear box. I prefer my Unicorn to this one. Honestly, I feel like I wasted my money on this.

Ktm rc 390 sold in every showroom but rr 310 is only available in selected cities and people had to travel 100 - 300 km get its services done and you tell me great service,,, Iss se to aacha super bike le lo iska to service v available nahe hai sab showroom me

I would be happy if someone who owns and have ridden a clipon, committed handling bikes previously, such as the R15, CBRs or anyother should review. And may be someone with a Japanese bike could be better to know how close RR310 is in all departments.

Apache RR310 is a great bike for sure, and I don't think anybody will own an RC390 at the same time. Also this guy feels a bit biased. Enjoy the bike you have, it's better than nothing.

Looks like a Fanboy video, he is only talking about the good points and diplomatically dodging the bad points of the bike like vibrations and high spares cost , its a good bike nonetheless but performance is nowhere in the same league as the KTM as thats a more track focused bike. An ideal title for this video would be 'Khatte angoor' as this guy will lie to any extent to justify his overpriced purchase
