Generally good, but the kitchen and bathroom leave a lot to be desired. They are of low quality and cramped. A tiny refrigerator is just a joke. The kitchen is not the right place for a washer and dryer. At a $1M, I expect something of quality. Tell the builder to travel to the developed world and copy from people who understand quality. You can't go that big with subpar quality.
