8.6m is the cost of construction o the house only. Add cost ya plot , perimeter wall and land scaping. I v bn following projects done by the 47 company n I know their charges always exclude perimeter wall n land scaping. Don't b fooled.

Good work i like the flow of the house use of space only three things i would change. 1. make solar std 2.bathroom tiles are shouting therefore they look cheap. 3. is it possible to get better outside doors? otherwise the unit is good and the price fair.

Good job 47. Good value for money. Stair tiles are well synchronized. Rooftop❤❤❤ I think the floor tiles are zero joint. I hv them. They look aweaome without gaps. Kitchen: are those wall tiles or quality contact paper? Toilet under the stairs... apana pris. Bathrooms' and sinks' quality can be improved for that standard of house 8:35 is that a crack on the wall? Hope not.
