May possible depends upon what kind of gym equipments available and also some time loud music may disturb . That you take your decision that in such time are you feeling ok ? Because gym may open very early morning and hall may if any occasionally.

@@poojabarot07 In Mumbai my recommendation is it's better to stay as high and far from pollution and sound. So the higher you go the better it is. Regarding Lift and other things, most of the high rise buildings will have multiple lifts including service lifts and multiple options for power back up. So the likelihood is that you will never get stuck. The only challenge will be when there is a heavy flood or natural calamity, but life is not always a calamity 🙂. When a crisis hits every floor will be affected!

Sirji, Meri society abhi tak registered nahi hui hai. Bulder ke kahne par hamne society ki working committee babalu hai abhi lagbhag 1 saal me two month baaki hai.kuchh member registrar office gaye the to unhone CO OP HOUSING SERVICE SOCIETY banane ko bola hai, booklet bhi diya hai. To kya " co op haousing service society" hi bana shakte hai ya co opp housing society bana skte hai?? Builder ne hamare maintenance me se 1100000/- + amount metha pani society me lane ke liye kharch kar dale hai, society me 2 boring bhi karavaye hai. Metha pani ab tak society ko nahi mila hai. To kya ye vo paise vapas mil sakte hai? Society ki dranage tank ko khali karavane ka har mahine ka tanker ka bill 100000 ata hai jo society ke maintenance me se jata hai. Anny solutions??? Please reply.

आप गलत बता रहे हो। आप जो भी च्वाइस बता है वो भीड़ भाड़ वाले शहरो के लिए अप्लाई होता है। जो रिहाइसी इलाके है जहां खुली खुली जगहें हैं वहां पर ग्रांउंड फ्लोर सबसे अच्छा है। आप गलत राय मत दिया कीजिए। जो बंगले बने होते हैं वो क्या आसमान पर होते है? धरती हमारी मां हैं और मां की गोंद मे ही सकून है। इस हिसाब से Ground floor is the best.

bhai , i m not fource you . I already explained finally that is your choise and your thinking. All Having different think as like not your . Not like no choise . This is basic guide line that followed by 90% people and you are part of 10 % or below catagory. Thanks for comment to views and know the other people thinking

To wo tall buildings ke bare me hi to baat kar rahe hai ,bade Cities ke bare me. Chote city me to 2-3 manjil hi hoti hai, mostly Individual house hote hai
