Apartment K is a contemporary high-rise residential block, with beautiful modern design accents.
It offers eleven floors of residential apartments with two basement levels for parking. Parking is also provided on ground level.
Some important driving factors that shape your design include your desired number of units based on your feasibility studies, the site characteristics of your property, the zoning constraints of the location you are building, and the budget you wish to develop with based on your financial provisions.
All these factors determine the size and layout of each apartment, the number of floors you can build and the total number of units you will achieve.

nice design, probably it would be great showing the inside 3D design. nevertheless, a rough estimation cost of such a project :)

Hey Adroit, do the floors have to be 11 in number? Can they be less eg 8? Can it have an elevator? Really love the morden look.

Yes. We can modify the design for you to give the number of floors you want. By laws anything beyond 6 floors should have a elevator.

The cost of construction differs country to country. We cannot give you the cost for Senegal because we do not know the costs and requirements there. The cost of construction we give applies to Kenya. We can provide you with the design but you need someone in Senegal to guide you in terms of actual construction and cost.
