$650/mo. is not much different from the U.S. This is way too expensive, considering the minimum wages in Laos is only $100-$200/mo. Don't know who can afford this if they could is probably mostly foreigners.

Hello Thanks for good comments 👍 May I explain about most of Lao people not stay in the Apartments or Condo, they are live in their own home , The young people still love to stay with parents, some young people if not stay with parents they are rent the Cheap Apartment like row house or flat the rental cost for 1 bedroom 1 living room,1toilet about 20$-30$ per month only , Check it out my video😊

To expansives if compare to hotel Lin Thailand and Vietnamese in Thailand one or two bedrooms in Thailand only $200 dollars up to $400 is regular side and is still new and very nices why in Laos not that famous but prices is so expensive it will not make good moneys thank you sorry that prices is not worthy.

Saibaidii Neenee,,a very nice building,,beautiful apartments,,I'll take to of the 4 bed 4 bath units,,side by side,,so all of my girlfriends can stay close by. Lol I just want a wooden Hmong house,,on posts,,near the river. On 1 hectare,,fenced with electric wire so I can shock the garbage tossers. Lol nice little fantasy,, I truly would love to come travel for a month or 2 with you and Todd and the Mina Bee! Take care Neenee,,thank you for making videos like this. That's crazy rent for what are basic apartments with cheap furniture, there is nothing luxurious about them which I would expect at that price. You would get better in Europe cheaper than that.

Buy couple hectors of land and build your own home with beautiful garden is always better. These condominiums will be easy to buy but hard to sell.

I think the condo is just for the show only I don't think any average income Laos people can afford to live there. Way to expensive for the 4 bedroom even for the foreigner. The Laos people can get something 4 time the size plus land for the same price

Hi Neenee, like the video. I'm Laotian living in Melbourne, Australian. I am interested in buying apartment in Laos, but this apartment is a bit pricy. I am looking for 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, doesn't have to be a brand new apartment, price between AU$100k-$150k. Still deciding on location. @@neeneelaolife7131 sorry I wasn't clear about the price. I wanted to purchase for the price between $100,000-150,000 Australian dollar, not USA. Location doesn't have to be in the city, I am happy 20mins drive from the city. 2 bedrooms is a must as I will have my family visiting me, 3 bedrooms even better if I can get for that price. The big question is, as non Laos citizenship/resident, can I buy in Laos? I will need to discuss with you and your husband more when I am in Laos to get more information. I wanted the property to be under my name

Cheap quality, thin walls, noisy, too many Chinese smoking and f ing rude. Some are very nice though it's just one of those who think the world revolves around them
