Many people can't afford such so they build houses on city out skirts.which is cheaper than in the city.there is not much morgage facilities so people save cash and buy houses in cash.

I like it better when you speak Lao Neenee. I have a hard time understanding your English because of your accent. You sound very sweet when you speak Lao though. As for the townhouse, they look modern and nice, but it is too expensive. It is cheaper in Thailand with the ocean view and better infrastructure. I can get one in Pattaya near the beach or in Hua Hin.

If you are a Lao person living abroad, anyone who has extra income to spend Please take your money and leave it in Lao PDR! The roads are very clean and beautiful, going back and forth is convenient. When sick The hospital has quality. Excellent!
