What you added to the pepper dolmeh is not lentil or adass in Persian. I believe it was lappeh which in Enlish is called split pea.

Farhad jan, I'm sorry you feel that I misrepresented our culture. It's hard to talk about Persian food (which by the way you're right it's my profession) and leave out the rest. Next series though I will do better. It's a hard job I tell you....Iran is an incredibly rich country and very challenging to represent in shows like this.

you keep saying Persian, but you have to realize Persian is referred to the ethnic group that speak Farsi as their first language not all Iranians. Let's not generalize this word. It's as absurd as you calling Iraqi Kurds Arabs or Americans English!
