Which ligament injury it suggest? ACL, PCL, MCL or LCL

Rotation + distraction more painful is for Ligamentous injury 3:10 you said reverse of it

Your time stamp is literally of him saying compression and rotation into a meniscus tear will grind and highlight that injury’s pain, and just before that sentence he says rotation and distraction is for ligamentous injury .. so idk what you heard
