Apollo 13 - Part 16 - Flight Director Loop (103:00-113:00 GET)
The crew get ready to fire the Lunar Module DPS engine - a manual burn to align them for re-entry - After this a planned rest period follows setting up of the PTC BBQ mode,
Headphones are recommended - Left Channel - FD Loop and Right Channel - Capcom. Capcom loop is very noisy at times.

I think you should receive an award for the service you provide. It's how KZfaq should be used. For information, education and entertainment. It's good to put these in the public domain.

Thanks Steve - Not sure about the need for an award - I would just be happy if more than a few hundred watched them! That would be reward enough :-)

Couldn't agree more. These are historical events and records of what happened. There could not possibly be any more detail added to these.

I was 9 years old when this happened. I “knew” I’d be an astronaut when I grew up. Unfortunately, I became an airline pilot instead. Close, but not quite. I’ve learned more about Apollo listening to your videos than I thought possible. Thank you!!!!

What is LM5 ? The only chanel on KZfaq that loads up a 10 hours video containing up to 70% white noise, and i love every minute. Thank you Simon. (PS; take care from thursday on, heavy heavy winds in the UK !)
